S1 Bus

This review is for the S1 bus, stop number 1 003 132, 16 and S going South.
This bus is the flagship failure of WMATA. Every morning, I wake up with hope that I’m gonna save money on Über and über surge pricing, and go to the bus stop hoping to make it to work on time. One bus passes by without stopping, another passes by without stopping, and even a third. The worst part of all this? They’re not even full! Even worse? Sometimes it’s raining or snowing, and one after the other just pass you by. Even worse? Most people on the bus get off few blocks later, on 16 and K and they could have just taken the S2 empty buses instead with the same route!!!
The drivers give me a nasty look as they refuse to open the door or tell people to move to the back of the bus instead of being apologetic to make matters worse. Ruined my morning every morning for the longest time. Until I found lyft. And also I walk to work maybe once a month :)
