Great, friendly service and overall positive experience. I’d love to go back but they don’t take my new insurance :(

Very pleased with Dr. Snyder and this office in the almost 2 years since I’ve had my first appointment with her. Dr. Snyder is great. Dr. Lievano often says hello, and has provided a quick consultation a couple of times. Never been surprised by billing, as it’s always been clearly explained. The office is clean and efficiently run. I’ve rarely had to wait more than a couple of minutes.

Dr. Lievano and his staff are very friendly and real professionals. I will keep visiting his clinic. Highly recommended!

I’ve been going to Dr. Lievano’s office for two and a half years and have had very positive experiences each time. The office is super clean, has brand new equipment, the support staff are well trained and extremely courteous, and the hygienists are friendly and skilled. My insurance has always covered the bulk of the expenses. I’ve had appointments with Drs Lievano, Snyder, and Lopez and all have been wonderful. I can’t recommend this place enough, it truly is a five star establishment!

I want to start this review by stating that Dr. Lievano and his staff are very nice, and he is a very good dentist.
I am giving them a bad review because they do not disclose that they are not within any insurance network. They tell you they accept payments from your dental insurance company, which can be a bit misleading. They do accept payments from insurance companies, but because they are not within any networks, if their charge exceeds that which the insurance company pays out, the client (you) are responsible for the extra. If they were within a network, you would not have to pay this amount.
This is VERY misleading, as their prices for procedures are above average and you do not find out about this all until you receive a bill. Thus, if you have dental insurance, call your company first and find out what dentists are within your network, as all dentists will tell you they accept your insurance payments. I learned this the hard way and will not return to see Dr. Lievano.

I’ve been here four times, and really like the office. Dr. Lievano is very calm, and explains everything he’s doing very clearly and patiently. His staff is friendly and seems to be very competent and quick. The office is clean and comfortable.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Lievano. I needed to get two cavities filled, and he was the guy to do it. After two quick injections of what I think were Novocaine (which didn’t hurt at all), he got to work. I think I was there for a bit less than an hour, and there was only one part during the operation where I felt some pain while he drilled a tooth. Other than that the fillings went smoothly, and I haven’t had any issues since. His assistant also took command for one part, and did splendidly.
