Perfection. Unobstructed views of the Capitol and Washington Monument. There’s really nothing else to say.

This rooftop is very special and is one of the main reasons why I just had to live at Sky House. The 360 degree views are awesome. Very peaceful at night. You can literally see who is at bat on the Jumbotron if there is a National’s game going on. I have not had many experiences with the pool yet, but Cary the lifeguard has been charming and very helpful! You can sit and sip on a drink while watching the planes take off and land across the river at Reagan. The bathrooms by the pool are also convenient. DC Curbed recently rated the view from this rooftop, and it is among the best in all of DC to watch the fireworks, go figure! I will be enjoying this rooftop for many more months to come.

Vic B. and I hung out at her rooftop pool. It’s cute. The pool is small, but serves its purpose and has a good 360 view of Virginia and Washington DC. That is probably more the selling point than the pool itself. The pool only goes 3.2 feet deep and is an above ground pool more for wading than for swimming. If you have kids, they would be fine to play in this too.

I may be a bit biased because I live here, but the rooftop at Sky House is really nice. It’s kinda small, especially the pool, but the views are really great. From one end, you can see the Capitol. From another end, you can see the Monument. And from another end, you can see the Nats stadium. I also like the fact that there is a lot of lounge seating. Oh yeah, the bathrooms on the roof are really nice too.
