This location is the the worst Starbucks I ever been to. They just call out whatever the drinks they made, not name nor transaction number. Employees and customers both are confused on who own the drinks and customers takes someone else’s drink. I waited well over 20 mins for just 2 drinks.

Starbucks is Starbucks. You know what you’re going to get. But I have to say this was more pleasant than most. The 3 women working here are incredibly nice, polite, friendly, and accommodating. The pleasant interactions with them made getting my morning coffee more enjoyable.
They took the time to enter my sbux card number manually because they don’t have a scanner. They weren’t out out by it at all and quickly fulfilled my requests with my large coffee order. This is a great Starbucks location and there are plenty of comfortable seats in the lobby.

I had one heck of a time finding this crazy Starbucks. It’s nothing to write home about. Slow service, impossible to open wrap packaging, and ice tea with too much ice.
The seating was comfortable and pretty clean, but the music was so loud you could not hold a conversation.

I would give this location one star but they really have a nice staff. It’s unfortunate that just because they are not app/​sbux card scanning friendly, their service is extremely slow. It’s slows everything down. This place gets so packed. There are so many Starbucks locations in DC, Next time I will just wait till I’m out and about.

Nice for what it is, but the hours are terrible. Closes really early at 6pm everyday.
