Yea, this branch sucks a big one. Such a beautiful landmark building on one of the busiest streets in DC and surrounded by high concentrations of wealth, you would think the company would make it a star location.
Service is poor. The one teller there is obviously unhappy. If it weren’t for the Suntrust in West End on M Street, I would have closed my accounts with this company.

This branch sucks. Never go there. They’re sooooo slow and the woman who sets up accounts (I. Harry) has no idea what she’s doing and she tries to up-​sell only doesn’t tell you it costs more until you see it a week later on your statement.
