The Lincoln Condominium

I would give it 3.5 stars.
Building is always clean and really safe. And when in your unit, you rarely hear your neighbors. My unit had a balcony which was great, but balconies are right up against a neighbors balcony, which can make for a little lack of privacy.
While the gym doesn’t have all that much equipment, it’s almost always empty. Same with the rooftop, I use it often to read and hang out with friends at night and although there’s only a few places to sit, you almost always have privacy. Parking spaces are a bit tight, but hey, that’s DC.
The best part of all? Ferdinand the doorman is great. I am going to miss him so much when I leave.
Worst parts? The noise. Even though my unit is facing V Street, it’s still so loud, whether it’s late at night or a weekend morning. Also, this building has the slowest elevators in the world, and you can’t use the stairways to exit the building without setting off a fire alarm.
Overall, I enjoyed living here this past year and would recommend to anyone. Might want to think twice though if you like being free from neighborhood noise.
