Great pizza if you’re in the area, and I’m definitely a pizza snob. The crust is *roughly* NY style, a little chewy but pretty soft. They’ll spend a good half hour from the time you order cooking it, and that’s always a good sign that you are getting pizza that’s properly made and fresh out of the oven. It’s meant for takeout or delivery, but there is a small table with two seats. Subs are also on the menu, but haven’t tried them. If I remember correctly, 12″ is about $ 12, and 18″ is $ 18, and as an added bonus they take credit cards. Definitely liked the bbq chicken pizza!

In a sea of fast food places this one really stands out. The pizza is made to order and it just delightful. It’s as good as anything you would find in the local places in Northwest. They also serve chicken wings with a great sauce that I can’t really describe, sweet and tangy but it’s definitely their special recipe. They also have salads that are impeccably fresh. The only thing that is lacking is the delivery. It’s a family run business and the owner is also the delivery person. Sometimes it takes longer than usual but I don’t mind so much because I like supporting this family run business. I really appreciate having a local pizza option as a part-time Ward 8 resident.
