So I went into The Walking Company Store and bought a pair of boots + some Dakotas. I was worried about paying more for them when I know they might lower the prices so I was hesitant on buying them but the sales associate assured me they would give me the price difference if they do lower the price. However when I went back, she told me she couldn’t honor my request. It was very unfair of her to do that. I can’t shop at this company anymore due to their inability to honor their word. Such a horrible experience. I wish I never bought them from this company in the first place.

DC location might be different than Baltimore, but the help I got with my purchase was very knowledgeable and friendly. I got plenty of attention in spite if there already being other customers present on my arrival. The particular pair of Ecco walking shoes I wanted was available and in stock, so I only had to make one trip to the store.

Went there on a Saturday afternoon while no other customers there but me. Two staff didn’t greet me or ask me whether I needed help and just slacked off, when I was looking at some shoes. Hmm.
