Though I am a full-throated carnivore, a friend suggested this for lunch today. First off, *exceptionally* friendly and attentive staff. Second, the food is pretty great. The juices are cold-pressed and fresh and very reasonable in terms of cost. The black bean veggie burger I got on a whim, and absolutely loved it. Great texture, and a surprisingly good, deep, umami flavor to it. I was very pleasantly surprised, and plan to go back soon!

Just popped in for the Blue Bear smoothy. Awesome place with some seating. It’s a great & welcome addition to the neighborhood offering healthy alternatives compared to the nearby establishments.

Super small menu, black bean burgers, Veggie patties(cabbage, peppers and onions i think). So good. They have fresh pressed juices and fresh smoothies. I tried a green smoothie with kemp, pineapple, spinach and a few other things. The name escapes me right now. I would suggest this place to those looking for a refreshing drink. We need a place like this in our community so I really hope people visit and keep them in business.

This place is great– friendly staff + healthy and delicious food and smoothies. The black bean burger is great and I love the Happy Hemp! I’m happy this place is in the neighborhood!

I couldn’t wait for this place to open because it’s so easy to be tempted by all of the less than healthy options nearby. I’ve gone several times and I have enjoyed every single smoothie, juice, the veggie patties, and the black bean burger. This is my go to spot after the Saturday yoga class at Community Wellness Collective. The staff is nice enough but the cashier seems distracted all the time and is not always focused on greeting you as soon as yiu come in:

I like smoothies. A lot. Especially well thought out smoothies that try interesting, new combinations of flavors. Turning Natural has these in spades! I tried a Reeses Pleases on 12÷20÷15. The taste was great and was definitely a different take on a peanut butter smoothie. My partner got the C-Side juice and thought it was an interesting and good take on citrus juice drinks. So why only three stars? The store(which I recognize just opened) is rather inefficient, and it took a long time to order and receive a smoothie. They had obviously gotten something wrong with the order of the customer in front of me, but that shouldn’t have caused a slow down — there were three people working there and the place was not very busy! But it seemed like all three of them were having trouble figuring out what to do and how to do it with some hustle, just in general. Thing is, I normally see smoothies as a good quick fix so a slow smoothie place is not one I’m going to frequent. I also really wish this place had some non vegan options. I definitely get having and emphasizing them, but sometimes you just want some yogurt in your smoothie, or cheese in your salad! In general, the space had a really cool vibe. My partner said that it was a great place to sit and sip on her juice for a while. Nice, clean, bright — this would make a great meeting place or hangout spot. I will definitely come back, and will update my review. I do suspect the inefficiencies are just a result of them being open for only a few weeks, and I hold out hope that it’ll get better!
