Definitely not open until 3 thurs — Saturday. Just Saturday I guess drove there after Unilocal saying the would be open. But there sign they have up stating it has tape over it.

Do you like to eat at Wendy’s?
I know that Wendy’s is a good place to eat at. You should eat at Wendy’s because the fris are delsh. You also could eat chicknuges at Wendy’s and you could dreik tea and jush and you could have a free toy and you could wery short jens to and t-​shrarty and it will be awesome you could not believe this
Also have a dive tew si you could get our food fast and go home to eat it
It will be so tastd you will see.

«System» was down, so we waited 15 minutes in the drive through, but apparently no one could take our order (i.e. tell the kitchen directly what we wanted rather than have the computer do it). And predictably didn’t get our food– terrible customer service.

I’m sorry to see all the bad reviews about this Wendy’s. My experience at this Wendy’s has always been great. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food comes out fresh and fast. The bathrooms are clean. Parking is ample, and it’s a traditional lot — no parallel parking, woo hoo!
Whenever I am hanging out in Petworth and my friends and I get hungry, we usually end up at this Wendy’s. Sure, it may not be «cool,» but to be honest, it is places like this that make me prefer Petworth to other neighborhoods in D.C. I’m not interested in gluten-​free vegan hamburgers, or waiting in line 45 minutes for a chili dog. I just want a hot, juicy, spicy chicken sandwich, a baked potato with lots of butter, and a nice tall Wild Berry tea. I hope that Petworth avoids excessive gentrification like the rest of D.C. and keeps this Wendy’s (with its parking lot intact).

Standard Wendy’s, you get what you expect. Be warned that on the weekends the doors close at midnight and you only have the option of going through the drive-​thru in a car. No walking. Figured this one out the hard way.

First of all, this Wendy’s is always out of something. Ketchup, honey mustard sauce, BBQ sauce, you name it.
Secondly, based on the one time I ate inside, the clientele are people I don’t want to see again. A group of juveniles talked about my boyfriend and I from across the room the whole time we were eating. Apparently we were their entertainment for the night. Right before we’re ready to leave, one of them throws a chicken nugget at me. Seriously?! Don’t you have any respect for other people?
