I have briefly trained in Western boxing and wrestling. I can honestly say this style of fighting is unique and Ben’s application of Wing Chun in street situations for self defense easily provides some of the most useful methods of space awareness and body leveraging in DC training.
In a world where every style wants to claim superiority, Ben is skilled enough to teach Wing Chun’s useful applications without exaggerating the utility of his teachings and always welcomes collaboration on how to improve in hopes of ensuring safety for all his students.
I highly recommend you take this class, even if you have no experience in martial arts.
