Good food for a Late night place. The Chicken and Broccoli is good and their egg rolls. I’ve seen their fried rice, and it looks good. I just haven’t tried it.

If you’re looking for cheap, hole in the wall type Chinese food– this is your place. The food might not be gourmet, clean(yes, I said clean), or top notch but it’ll satisfy your Chinese food cravings if you don’t mind the hole in the wall type qualities. My personal favorite: beef chow fun. They give you enough for lunch AND dinner. And it’s only $ 9.95. Winner. Downside: they charge extra for everything… Extra cookie, extra charge. Extra hot sauce, extra charge. Extra soy sauce, extra charge. You get the point.

DON’T ever eat here. There are DEAD bug, cockroaches and hair i found on my food. The most nasty i ever see. Those lady have terrible communications and service. They act like they want to fight when i ask for hot sauce or extra sauce. The place accross the street is better

It’s a cheap counter service take-out, so don’t go in expecting to find some dive that’s actually a five-star joint. That said, they do what they do pretty damn well. As other have mentioned, their fried chicken wings with mumbo sauce are the epitome of the dish. Is it junk food? Yeah, totally, but damn is it tasty after a night of drinking. Despite raves from the head chef of Birch and Barley, I was abit less impressed with the cheesesteak, though, again, it sure hits the spot if it’s one in the morning and you’ve been boozing for many hours. My absolute favorite however are the Singapore Noodles. I don’t even know the real name for the dish on their menu(I think it’s technically Singapore Lo Mein), I just know to order Singapore Noodles. Oh damn is it tasty.

The food barely meets expectations, and the service is very poor. The cashier did not answer my question about a menu item. The restaurant is also quite stingy with the basic condiments — $ 0.30 for extra packets of soy sauce, mustard, and duck sauce. The food prepper did hook me up with chili oil. That was clutch.

Fast service. Nice customer service. I can tell there were many regulars who go here often by the way the cashier knew what they were going to order. Ordered the sesame chicken $ 9.80 and the house chow ho fun $ 9.50. Both were good, not the best, but solid. Another star for staying open till 4am Mon-Thurs and till 5am Fri-Sat.

Was eager to try Mambo Sauce and was told by locals that this was the place to go ANDIMGLAD I DID! Aside from the chicken wings the fried rice is official!

Best place in Logan for a quick bite. Usually we end up waiting an hour for delivery; this place can have you out in 10 minutes or less. Great prices, good food, big portions and fast service. Definitely come here if you’re in a time crunch or budget shortage. Two people can eat on less than $ 20 here.

My food was ok. It did the job I was at work hungry so I ate it. But I won’t be returning. The lady on the phone was rude. My fried rice was cold & my chicken wasn’t fried extra hard like I asked. I even asked when I got there to double check. The Mumbo sauce was OK I ate it cuz it was on the chicken. But when Mumbo sauce real good u dip ur chicken n it even though it’s already on there. I don’t recommend!

There’s a new female Asian at the counter and she defines the word«rude» in the dictionary. She seemed to have had an argument with every person in line from over-charging, to slamming their change down on the counter, to pretending she doesn’t understand what they were saying. When it was my turn, it was clear my good looks and simple order wasn’t going to matter. She stared in my eyes– I said«hi»…that was a big mistake– she continued to glare in my eyes… I chose to give her my order and she slammed my change in my hand. Ahhhh– not with me sister– got my money back and walk out. Whoever it is at Yum’s that thinks having such a sour person at the counter is a good idea– it’s not.

This is our favourite fast chinese restaurant in the hood of DC. Prices have increased since the last time I was here(3 years ago) but the food is reliable, greasy Chinese American TakeOut(ONLY) and rather non-authentic but very much, quite delicious.

I used to come to this joint after the bar closes. The porpotion was big and the price was cheap. The food was decent, but some item was very good. like the chicken wing and the steak, egg and cheese sub.

Open really late which is awesome. However the place is a little dirty. No seating(which I can get ppl may loiter around) ordered the general Tso combo. Kinda tasted like old chicken that had been sitting out or some sort of cat. I didn’t care for the fried rice much but it wasn’t bad just not much flavor. I will try the wings late night as I am a part time overnight driver and don’t have many options.

Fast, delicious, what else can you say? It’s definitely not the place you’d go to show off, but when you’re hungry or hungover, this place is heaven! The prices are some of the best for the amount of food in DC. It’s not the most organized but really again, why does it matter? Good food, cheap eats. Nuff said!

Best mumbo sauce! Wings were on point. Fast and hot. Even though I work across town, this is my go-to carry out spot. You won’t be dazzled by the décor or the friendly service — it’s your standard carry out. But the food makes all of that okay.

BEST apple pie to go, EVER. lol. The wings they have are pretty good too; what you’d expect from chinese carry out. Really crispy with a good mumbo sauce. I didn’t really try the other stuff we ordered, but my friends seemed to like it. Good place to come late night. Sorry, no food pics… too drunk…

Eff this place! Seemed like a legit Chinese takeout place based on the reviews here on Unilocal so decided to check it out. Walked in and it definitely had the«ghettoness» that a legit Chinese takeout should have so I got even more excited. Saw a decently long line of blue-collar workers waiting to order… another good sign. That is pretty much where the good vibes ended thanks to the cashier lady. I’m used to Chinese ladies in the restaurant industry to be curt, feisty and maybe even rude but this lady took it to the extreme. She had an argument with every single person ordering before me and when it was my turn, I got to experience it for myself. I kept it short and ordered a beef chow fun. I gave her $ 10 and she gave me $ 0.50 back. I pointed out to her that the beef chow fun was $ 8.50. She looked at the menu, paused for a few long seconds, and then responded with«tax» and gestured me to get out of the way. Obviously I’m not going to gripe about $ 1 but 1) DC’s tax is 10% so it should have been $ 9.35, not $ 9.50 and 2) everyone who ordered before me and after me was charged the menu price which I assume indicates that tax is already included into the price. The right(and easy) thing to do would have been to apologize and given me the dollar. Instead she took the shady route. Then when I asked for hot sauce, she gave me one pack and when I asked for more, she said«$ 0.50 extra». She really must have hated me for pointing out her pricing mistake… but I’m a fellow Asian for crying out loud! What’s up with the yellow on yellow crime? I was too tired to get into an argument or to say something nasty to her so I just walked out not looking forward to my meal. The beef chow fun was actually pretty flavorful though but the noodles were severely undercooked and borderline still crunchy. I had my friends try it because that’s what good friends do, right? Join in on the crappy food! They agreed the noodles weren’t cooked nearly enough. Strangely the beef was cooked really well and tasted pretty good. It actually seemed like they used decent quality beef and not beef that’s been in the freezer for months and months. Yes, ripping me off $ 1 and trying to be sneaky about it warrants a one star review. Sorry but not really sorry.

The clock on my computer read 1:34am. I sighed knowing my weekday late night food options were limited to McDonald’s, iHop and Denny’s. *Oh joy* I felt defeated but I climbed out of my despair and jumped on Unilocal, desperate to find something — anything — another alternative. Yum’s II Carryout popped up: open till 4am. No way, that couldn’t be right. I called in to confirm. *Ring* *Ring* «Hello, Yum’s!» «Umm hello, are you really open till 4?» «Of course, always» What magic, chinese delivery food at 2am?! I was in. Yes it was a 25 minute drive into Washington, DC but I was hungry dammit and I wasn’t going to settle for some crappy hockey puck sized burger, not tonight anyway. One ambitious street rat, two wrong turns down a one way street, a tweet to the President, and 45 minutes later I returned home all my food still piping hot. And what I experienced might have been slight delirium from being hungry but it was nom nom nom-tastic! Rice was cooked well(not mushy like it sometimes gets) Beef & broccoli was not over-sauced Chicken was crispy and mambo sauce was classic! I’d happily drive to DC again in the middle of night, street vermin be damned if it means I get to eat at Yum’s. Word of advice, don’t be fooled by the online menu’s you find, they are wrong! Add $ 1.00 minimum to most items.
