Batteries Plus Bulbs

I went into this store to buy a 3V battery. I found the «owner» behind the counter on the phone and not seeming to be to interested in having a customer in his store. (I was the only person in the store) He did finally get off the phone at which point he asked «what do you need» No hello, how are you, what can I help you with? I showed him the battery I needed, he grabbed one and just handed it to me rudely. It was a brand I didn’t want, he stated. «that’s all I’ve got». I told him I’d wait to get a better brand. No response from him, just back on the phone. I proceeded to leave when I decided to let him know that I was going to buy 20 – 25 of these batteries at $ 8.00 a piece and that he had lost my business due to his unprofessional attitude and demeanor. He replied that he did care and that I can leave. I left him with a few choice words and that I hope his business fails because he doesn’t deserve to be in business with his poor customer service and lack of professionalism.
I am someone that does like to support small business in my community however being treated like trash, given no respect and no appreciation for spending my dollars there is no way to earn business!!! Good luck Mr. Battery man! I do intend to let everyone I know about my HORRIBLE experience with your business!!!
