I truly hope the once great potential of Cloud 9 will not be the fluke of opportunity it now seems to be.
Cloud 9 began as innovative, modern shop, and importantly, sold decent, reliable products.
NOW, I REFUSE to subject myself to their SHOTTY, INCONSISTENT, HIVE-INDUCING (and for me) DANGEROUS E LIQUID!!!
It is NOT what they claim…
⁷⁰⁄₃₀ could be ⁹⁰⁄₁₀; ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ is more like 80/20, etc… IRRESPONSIBlLE, CARELESS, SCARY.
In my opinion, this ONCE PROMISING VAPE SHOP has slowly, but WITHOUT QUESTION, morphed into a smoke filled version of Russian Roulette.
Was it the owner’$ gross overconfidence, greed, or complete disregard that changed things?
UGH WORST PART: Today, CLOUD 9 is virtually overtaken by an inept, clueless staff of teenagers who couldn’t care less about ANYTHING… Well, except their boyfriends– they LOVE those guys.

My brother and I were traveling through Utah and stopped here because my O ring was broken. The lady (Tex) was super nice and went above and beyond to help. They did not sell that particular ring so she gave me one of hers off her own personal vape. That’s service. Highly recommended place and great staff.

Nice looking place, but oddly oriented.
They wanted to charge me about twice as much for the Eleaf iStick as I paid in a vape shop at home. I therefore made the decision to just buy a cheap battery. They charged me $ 15 plus $ 5 for a charger for what I thought was variable, but actually is something I’ve gotten with a tank for less than $ 5 online. I could’ve gotten a variable wattage cheap kit from a gas station for $ 20.
No vape shop I’ve been to would dare sell what they sold me, so I was shocked when I put it together, but explains the cheap price, but don’t explain why they charged more than a gas station. I was expecting a step up from a gas station.
I am on a family trip and it was close to the freeway and fast food places, so I was trying to make the best out of the situation, but do yourself a favor and if you’re traveling just buy something from a gas station or truck stop and if you live here just buy your stuff online, trust me it’s cheaper.

I have been a patron of Cloud 9 for a year now. The educated staff has helped me to cease smoking cigarettes with great set ups and their custom juices are on par. Recently, I decided to upgrade from a vape pen to a box mod, and a friend recommended I order my items online. I decided it best to compare prices with what Cloud 9 has to offer and made a realization: Cloud 9 Vapor has been robbing people blind.
For instance, their new Atlantis tank, which is offered for $ 55, can be easily purchased for $ 40 online, including shipping and handling. That is $ 15 that Cloud 9 is putting into their pockets and that is only one example. Loyal and long term customers deserve to know the truth, and frankly, buying a set up is not cheap. So why is Cloud 9 Vapor taking advantage of people? Because they are the only vapor store in town. If you do not believe me, do a simple Google search on any of their products and compare prices like I did.

I recently visited Cloud Nine and was very happy with everything I got. The E-Liquid is all made in house and is pretty good.
Ok this is for the Truck Drivers, there is parking available chaching.

I recently moved here from the bay area of California with my boyfriend. My boyfriend vape a lot and spend probably about 100 dollars a week on the different products. We were concerned that there wouldn’t be any vaping stores available for us after moving here. We were delighted to find Cloud 9 Vapor! Braxton helped us get set up with six juices, all store made, and all delicious. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, and even though they were busy they were able to get to all of us quickly. My boyfriend and I left with six juices, five wicks, and a lanyard for carrying my e-pen around. I am so excited that such a good location is near home. The juices they offer taste better than many others that I have tried and I found them to be very very affordable.
