Chris’s Shop

This is a must see location if you are anywhere in the Washington, VA area. If you are looking for something simple and yet elegant as well as something different, you need to stop by here. Chris Goodine is the jeweler there and he actually makes all of the jewelry. It is predominantly silver, white gold, and yellow gold. He has a few designs that he combines to make more designs. The way the pieces lay is hard to describe. You would think that they would easily get tangled or kinked, but it doesn’t. He actually makes the jewelry right there in the shop. My wife had picked out a pair of earrings she liked, but wanted a set of gemstones from another pair on the earrings she liked. He asked if we could wait around for a short while and he would change the stones. It was really neat to watch him work. The store is only open Thursday through Monday. Take the time to stop by and say hello. You will like what you see.
