I have always liked Little Caesars and have always had great service, but this store changed my mind forever. Their breadsticks were raw and under seasoned, their pizza was cold and had to have been several hours old, and the man at the register, who I later found out was the manager, looked and acted like he hated everyone and everything and made me feel uncomfortable at how mean he was. All the employees in the back were being yelled at by some teenage girl, who as I watched her, was doing no work herself but rather flirting with the man at the register. I’m never going back to this location and I advise against anyone else going there. If it was up to me, I’d get this place shut down for how they treat their customers and their own employees.

Not gonna lie. This Little Ceasars is the best one in St George. The ready to go pizza’s are still hot and the cheese is still steamy and melting. All the other ones around town. Yeah, their stuff has been sitting out for a few hours. Late night pizza craving? This is your place. Hands down!

The first time I went to this Little Caesars location I read the other review. I must say I wanted to get to the bottom of what this place was all about. I noticed the location was much nicer than other local LC locations, that aside, it was obviously not completely up and running. I overheard one employee tell a guest that they have no menu because they will be putting up large screens with prices and options. I took that as a chance to ask the employee how he enjoys his job. He was quite positive, explained how they are still getting settled but they treat him well and he enjoys his employment. I ordered my pizza and waited, we kept talking and at the end of my first visit. I was impressed with the staff and the pizza was great. My second visit I continued to ask the staff how they like the work. I meet some cute blonde who works in Zion’s National Park and comes to St George once or twice a week for this job. She was likewise very pleasant, and told me only good about the place. A second time, I ordered and waited for my pizza(I don’t like the hot and ready, I order and wait for a fresh one). I give this place 5 stars. Value is great, staff friendly, food perfect. I feel bad Emily, the other Unilocal’er, had one bad experiences… I’ve had 2 great ones!

The recent experience I had with the staff at this Little Caesars has left me disappointed and ready to boycott their store as long as I live. My husband and I stopped to grab some food, and later found out that not only did we get charged for the $ 10 we spent, we also got charged $ 32 extra dollars for a separate charge we did not authorize. I called the restaurant and was told that a manager would be in the next day. I called the day after and spoke to a vapid, uncaring manager named Mindy who seemed like she did not give a darn about her customers. She did not even seem to care that their card system is obviously broken and is charging people for food they did not buy. I found out later that she did not call to have our money refunded until the day after I talked to her. Obviously the customers are not her first priority. Not once during any of our conversations did she ever apologize for the inconvenience it has caused me. I even talked to a regional Little Caesars manager who tried telling me that it was a problem with MY card. Again, not even a trace of an apology. It has been almost a week later and I have yet to be refunded the $ 32 that was taken from our account… That sounds a lot like stealing, don’t you think? I am extremely disappointed with the customer service of this establishment, and will definitely not be returning to have my money stolen again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Little Caesars and their incompetent and uncaring management.
