Probably 4 ½… Not sure why it’s rated low… We have always had good solid service and food.
Everything is generally cooked well… Decent happy hour…
What more can be said… Easily the best place in Washington… Not saying much though haha
Just to be clear… It’s only a 5 star in Washington PA… Sadly you have to grade on the curve here.

My husband an I decided to have an early dinner an beat the dinner rush. We had a gift card from Christmas and figured we would try it out. From the time we sat down until we paid our check we waited 1 hour an 45 minutes. This to me is crazy. I had people that sat after us leave before us. Our waitress was great checked in alot reshreshed our drinks an kept the table clean. Appetizers were ok we had mushrooms an fried tomatoes. We both ordered steaks my husband’s was med and cooked just right. I ordered med well and got a burnt dry steak. Our waitress apologized and quickly took it back to get another. When the manager came to bring me my new steak she rudely said can you cut this to make sure this one is ok. I have been to several restaurants and managers always stop by smile an ask us how our experience was. Not here they are rude. I asked for a box an brought my dinner home I was tired of sitting there. We will take our business back to Texas roadhouse.

We had a party of 4 that had lunch on a Saturday. Restaurant was fairly crowded and our waitress did a good job of explaining the menu. Upon ordering we waited approx. 35 min. to get our meals. I had ordered a medium flatiron steak which was closer to well! I complained and told the server that brought the steaks and he was very disrespectful and rude when I told him I wanted it redone. My other guests had adequate meals but we agreed that we would not be returning.

Three adults for Sat dinner, seated us promptly, server was great and food relish. Three steaks cooked as ordered. Beautiful décor. Glad to have this restaurant close to my home!
