Los Tapatios Bar and Grill

We have eaten here 3 or 4 times and it is excellent in food quality and service. Love the fajitas for two.

I don’t even want to give it a star. this place was a total disappointment! In short bad service, dirty dishes, overpriced, nothing authentic about the food and it is all very flavorless, drinks were weak oh and the salsa was like tomato sauce and chips were stale. For real do yourself a favor a find a real Mexican food restaurant or just save money and don’t go to this restaurant!

Well, where do I start?
There was a hostess station, but no hostess. Seat yourself? That’s never a good sign at a sit down restaurant.
After we sat down the waiter just grabbed menus off of a dirty table next to us and gave them to us. After we used them they set them back in a pile next to us on another table.
Free chips and salsa? Sounds good, but our chips were stale. Maybe the food would be better as the chips just might be an accident. Nope. Food was bland, sauces out of a can, and nothing close to being homemade or special family recipes.
After having to ask our waiter for our bill, it didn’t have any prices on it. How am I supposed to figure out the tip? We got charged $ 23.90 and I left a $ 1.10 tip. After I went outside, I realized I had been overcharged by about $ 8-​$ 9.
So, I will never go back AND I get the satisfaction of telling the world on Unilocal just how crappy this place is. Thank God I’m a Unilocal Elite!
On a positive note, the ice was cold.

Excellent! All three of us enjoyed our meals. I ordered nachos with chicken. so good. Oftentimes when I order chicken at Mexican restaurants it is too moist… it was just right and flavorful…

Service is great and prompt. I’ve gone there a number of times. Not the greatest steak fajitas but the chicken was good. With the exception of the steak fajitas everything else has been awesome. Chips always been crispy salsa seasoned to perfection.

Fantastic! Great customer service, good food and it always arrives quickly! Highly recommended!

First time visit to this restaurant — know the manager from another eating establishment in Morton as current one here as well — similar great tasting food– yum!

Enjoyed it very much. Happy to have a Mexican restaurant closer to home with good food. Lots of drink specials thru the week

Wow, what an improvement from what was becoming mediocrity. What once was Sol, now has changed ownership, and has added some quality and authenticity to the menu. Quiet, great service, and great food.
