I was excited to see a new driveup window, until I used it. I just wanted two loaves of bread so I went to the window. The woman was not happy that I had not called ahead. She scolded me like a naughty child. They were not busy and the bread is baked. When she cam back she reiterated her annoyance. By now I am irritated, she told me a third time not to come without calling. She can be sure I will not be coming back! Zero reason to treat customer so poorly!

I love Michael’s! They are always quick and very good! Love the salads, and their croutons are killer! I’ve grown up on their sandwiches! It’s always a good place for lunch… easy in and easy out!

I am not one to leave bad reviews as I worked in the restaurant business through college and know sometimes things happen. However, I went into Michael’s for lunch and was less than impressed. I had a bug of some sort crawl out of my salad. Luckily right as this was happening, an employee came over to ask if everything was okay and he was able to see the bug for himself. You would expect someone to come back and apologize for bugs crawling out of your lunch, but it didn’t happen. I’m not giving a one star because I’m mad about the bug in my food. Like I said, I’ve worked in restaurants before and things happen. I am upset with the lack of customer service. I witnessed the young man tell the owner. He set the salad down and walked over to his table of salesman and nonchalantly had a seat. I will never be back to this establishment.

I got the Hot Beef sub here. It was wonderful and quick service. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Not a lot more to be said. Great experience. The menu choice is not huge but if you do a few things great it’s better than doing a lot of things mediocre … I would deff eat here again.

This is the best sub sandwich shop in the area. They use fresh baked bread and the best meat and veggies on their sandwiches. It’s very laid back and informal. Great place to run in for pick up food.

The whole family loves Michaels! There is not a long wait for food, it is DELICIOUS, and very reasonably priced. We eat there, or order takeout, at least a few times a month.
Their lasagna is my favorite!
