No stars from me. I’ve had serious issues with this location EVERYTIME I’VEBEENTHERE the last few weeks. I’ve complained many times. I’ve commented on the customer feedback surveys about about the 20 — 25 minute waits in drive thru. Today, I ordered the 2 for $ 5 special of extra long cheeseburger and the extra long fish. After ordering and confirming, the attendant told me they were out of the extra long buns and would put them on Whopper buns. I laughed and asked if she was kidding; she was not. When I got to the window, a supervisor was grinding on the drive thru attendant about something not being his fault and he was very rude and condescending to the attendant. At the window, I asked about the bun screw-up and she said that their bread person didn’t bring enough. I said that’s a management issue and they should have insisted on getting another delivery. She said(paraphrasing), «I know. Our Managers not very good.» I also had a free Whopper ordered as part of a feedback survey I had completed from another visit. It was the best part of all the food. The other two sandwiches were horrible and looked worse. Btw, I tried to give my feedback via another survey and they wouldn’t accept it as «we only allow one survey every 30 days». Up the chain of command I’m going!

I hit the drive through at this place on my way to work occasionally. I do this if I have an extra 5 minutes. But when it takes 15 minutes to get through it, then I’m going to be 10 minutes late to work. I keep thinking it’s going to get better, but seems to be taking longer and longer. I’m done with this place.

Walked in, no one in line. Sweet. Stood at the counter. Four employees were working near drive thru while the cooks worked. No one seemed to notice me, so I leaned in a little against the counter. One of the staff made brief eye contact, for less than one second, before getting back to drive thru. Waiting. Waiting. Finally someone who appeared to be the shift supervisor came up and refilled the cookie rack, standing less than 3′ away from me, directly across the counter. But no acknowledgement, no eye contact. Back to the drive thru she went. Three cars got their orders as I stood fuming, waiting for anyone to give a sign that I existed. Manager-looking person came back up, looked like she was going to take my order, but instead stood there making malcontented faces at the register(still no eye contact). Another car pulled away from drive thru. Then she calls a number, and an equally-frustrated-looking guy comes up from the dining room. She moves away from me to explain to this guy that they are out of chicken nuggets, don’t get more until much later… you guys rang him up before noticing you were out of something? Another car pulls out. I walked out right there, having never really experienced the redemptive assurance of those clowns ever becoming aware of my transient existence on this celestial sphere. I got back to the car, wife asked what took so long, I told her I spent the entire time being ignored. We went to McDonalds. In and out in record time. Went to Don Pedro’s, where everything is made fresh, and still got back to the car in less time than the BK crew ignored me. If I had to guess, BK has some sort of performance metric on drive thru time, at the expense of losers like me pulling a trailer and can’t go through the high performance drive thru fast lane. A customer never forgets being ignored like that. Wish I could give them a zero-star score.

Stopped for a quick breakfast, two sausage and two ham sandwiches. We waited for 25 minutes(why I didn’t go ask earlier is beyond me) for our food. It was sitting being the counter the whole time! No apologies and, they wanted to give us the cold food?! WTF? They proceeded to make fresh food upon my request and then messed up that order! Jesus take the wheel. over 30 minutes later we’re sitting here pissed off eating our subpar breakfast.

Still not good. We tried again after a couple of years and I think it got worse. When we walked in it smelled like old fry oil and the chicken fries had that taste. The transition from breakfast menu and lunch menu was awkward and messed up our order(we ordered at 10:55 and were served about 11:05). The soda machine was missing some syrups(no diet Dr. Pepper and no vanilla). My wife and I both went home with uneasy stomachs and we are usually happy with most fast food. In other words, our standards are not very high. Placing the order took almost twice as long as I would expect. The poor employee was embarassed, but he had to wait after every few key presses for the computer to respond. The point of sale terminal would bounce around with each key press. I know, picky, but it just added to the shabby experience. On the positive side, the Woppers were up to the usual BK standards and did taste fine. The regular fries were better than we remembered as well. Also, special mention for the employees who were courteous and helpful at all times.

The manager I believe, Angela, was very rude. She wasn’t happy to take my order or give it to me. She made a rude expression when I simply requested the balance of my gift card. I didn’t enjoy my food. :(but when I have visited previous times the other workers were pleasant and the food was of way better quality. I work in customer service, it’s not hard to be nice.

Waited 5 minutes at the counter while employee was complaining about her school work with the cook. I yelled loudly 3 times before drive through lady noticed me. Sheeezzz. The last two times That I have eaten there they messed up my order. Why does the ultimate breakfast sandwich have to be dripping with grease? Really people dripping with grease and a drama production every morning. Most of the workers look less than presentable and act and speak like they really do not care either about their appearance or care about their job. Manager needs to clean house and supervise his morning employees.

Good! Nothing to complain about, for me. The food was Burger King quality and the service was pretty good! I’ve been here a couple times and it’s consistent.

I don’t eat at Burger King. But the menfolk in my family love it, so I find myself here in the drive thru.often. This particular BK is super convenient off Hwy 14, but allow yourself some time — the drive thru is slower than average. Nowhere close to Dairy Queen slow, but way slower than it should be. As for the food, the boys will have to review that themselves. :)

Horrible. The Washougal kids who work here do the exact sort of work you’d expect. I went here about a year ago and got onion rings and a burger with mushrooms. The onion rings looked like they’d been scavenged from off the floor and I felt like I was eating dried prepuces, and there were a few extremely stale fries in the mix. Burger was quite terrible too; absolutely cold and the mushrooms were like something a sick cat would produce. I got bad indigestion later. Went there today for a milkshake as well. It was a stupid decision because Dairy Queen is less than a mile away, but the 32 oz. milkshakes cost the same at Burger King; it seems they forgot to freeze it, because it was actually slightly warm, but I was thirsty and it was sweet. I didn’t return it because the Washougal kids are rather unpleasant; I drank it and then regretted it. Stay far, far away.
