Nail Dazzle

I am in the valley and needed a pedicure NOW! I called about 55 mins before the store close because I couldn’t find the space. When I got here, they were able to get me in with out hesitation. The massage was great! Just what I needed :) Thank you so much Kathy! You are a life saver.

In my opinion best in the valley! The girls were so nice and very talkative. Treated me well. Love my nails got them done for my wedding. Told me if they chip before my wedding to come back and they will redo them. I was very impressed. I will be a loyal customer.

Just moved here and I’ve tried two other salons… Not pleased with those… So before I went all the way to Anchorage I tired this salon. It was awesome. I will definitely be using this salon as my regular nail place. Denise was super amazing… Great work…

First time at this salon, absolutely loved it. Called the night before to set up appointment at the same time as friend. Accommodated within 30min of my preferred appointment time. No wait when we arrived. We both got mani/​pedis (a steal at $ 54 each.) While we were getting our pedicures we sat in super comfy chairs. Several people came in, but as it was Sunday they were sparsely staffed, but they told them honestly and courteously when the next available appointment was (in a couple hours) instead of the usual ‘ten more minutes’. The ladies that did our nails were friendly, but did not try to force conversation nor did they speak in another language to each other (which I really appreciated). The job they did was great and I’m super pleased with my French manicure. They did everything right, and avoided all of my pet peeves about manicure salons. 5 stars all the way!

I gave them another shot when I still couldn’t get into the other local salon. Again, very clean and this time I had two wonderful girls working on me that did a great job with the massage. My pedicure was great, at least initially. For those things, they get 1 star. Unfortunately, that’s where the good ends. I don’t think it was really shellac on my toes as I requested as they didn’t use a UV set. My manicure was shellac but terrible and that’s where I needed it to count as that’s what my colleagues see, not my toes! Apparently I got another trainee and while it looked OK on the nails themselves, to start, it was sloppy around the skin, which then caused the shellac to peel off the nails within an hour’s time. Very disappointed for the amount of money I paid including a very large tip for the extra care in the dazzle level massages. The manicure probably would have lasted if she had done the necessary prep. She didn’t even push back and trim my cuticles, which I didn’t realize until later. You can clearly see this in my photos. And even though they did my mani and pedi at the same time (awkward as the manicurist had to work around the pedicurist and chairs and stand the whole prep time), it still took 2.5 hours. I really want this shop to make it as the girls are sweet and the shop is clean and nicely accommodated. I hope they can get some training! Until then, I’ll have to go elsewhere. Or maybe next time I just need to skip the shellac and go back to acrylics. :(

Really love this nail salon in the Valley. They have the BEST massage chairs and give the best foot massages The girls are really sweet and accommodating. Make sure to call and make an appointment because they get busy really quick and mention that you do not want the broken massage chair (they have one). It’s also right next to a Starbucks, perfect Sunday retreat.

Nice clean space. Staff there is very friendly and nice. Had a great pedi with sugar scrub, mask, very nice massage etc. Wasn’t bad price either. Will definitely go again. Recommend going earlier in the day. We went at 11:00 and by noon it was quite busy.

It’s been 2 weeks and a few days, and my nails are STILL in great shape. No breaks (natural nails, not acrylics), no chips in the french manicure, no peeling. I’m so impressed at the quality of Lotti’s (spelling?) work and am very sad that I’m now back in WA and too far away to be a regular at this shop.
