Had a great experience here. My son who is 3 never would sit still for a hair cut. When we walked in, he was able to play with the train set while the stylist and i discuss the hair cut. My son sat in a fire truck and he was able to pick out the movie he wanted to watch. He didnt fuss once! Great prices! I gave my email and received a coupon for the service! We will be back.

It has toys in the wait area and movies and a playful chair for kids to sit in. Aside from that it is an expensive cut. I called to see if there was a wait for walk-ins or do I need to make an appointment. Was told there is no need for an appointment there are two waiting for cuts. Said I was 20 mins out. When I got there I was not on the list even though they took my name. There is now 5 kids in front of me and was told that my name wasn’t on their list. All of this isn’t the worst thing in the world. But the salon only has two stylists working on a Saturday at lunchtime. Maybe just because I’m frustrated but they seemed to take an especially long time for each child’s cut. The cut on my daughter was a really good cut. So there is that I guess.

If it was for the toys and ‘car seats’ my daughter loves we would go elsewhere. The staff is hit and miss on their customer service skills as well as hair cuts. The 2 stars comes in on their price. They charges me $ 19 for a bang trim. That was too pricey for my taste.

I’ve taken my almost-three-year-old here twice and both times I’ve had to fix her bangs. How hard is it to trim bangs in a straight line across her forehead so they aren’t in her eyes? Each time they start out at the perfect length on one side, then the ends on the other shift down like they were barely cut at all. Also, when a little girl has her bangs cut, it’s not OK to take just about half the strands and trim those while leaving the other half(that also needed to be trimmed) alone so there’s random strands hanging in her face. For almost $ 20 for a cut, I’d expect more(and no, my child doesn’t fidget in the chair). The studio is clean and has bright colors, suited for kids. There’s video game stations along with toys and a train table in the waiting area. The kids are seated in a firetruck-type chair and each station has a small TV with a movie playing. I’m willing to give this place one more try before I rule it out for good and spend the money to purchase scissors of my own.

Walked in today to get a hair cut for my 2 ½ year old son. Plenty to keep him busy before hair cut. He got to sit in the fire truck and watch Toy Story during his hair cut. It you have ever had to hold you child while they had their hair cut you will appreciate this place. We will definitely be back.

My son is addicted to going here to get his hair cut. They have video games and movies and a train table. It’s not always the cleanest or updated looking. I get coupons via email or facebook otherwise a regular haircut is about $ 20 after tax. You can also mention coupons or show them on your phone if you don’t print them out.
