This Whataburger messes up your order EVERY time you go through their painfully slow drive-thru. You better come with low expectations and and extra 15 minutes to waste if you want to eat here.

Whataburger is definitely a Texas thing. The west coast brags about its In-n-Out burger but when they came to Texas, Texans just thought«meh, it’s okay. Doesn’t live up to the hype.» That’s Whataburger. We Texans enjoy our freshly made, hand crafted, over priced burgers as much as the next guy. We, however, are proud of the fact that it originated and is almost exclusive to Texas. They are good burgers but not all that they are hyped up to be. Try it out for yourself and you be the judge !

To be honest, getting here was not easy since it is located to the left if you are coming from Keller. Staff was nice and welcoming, also they were quick with the food which completed my satisfaction.

This place will ALWAYS mess up your order. Never fails. Expect to spend 10 minutes in the line waiting for your food too.

I have gone to this location on several years and the last 3 times were horrible. The food quality and handling of the food has declined tremendously. I keep thinking that it’ll be better next time… I’m convinced it won’t. I won’t be returning to this location. 1 stars for this place only b/c I’m forced to.

We had dinner here when we were out shopping last night. The service was fast and friendly. I had the Monterey melt and onion rings. They both came out fresh and hot. Yum!

This used to be my favorite fast food place, but no more. After a busy day yesterday, we ran through the drive thru to get a quick lunch. We came home, ate our food, my husband finished his soda and shook the ice to eat it. There was a BUG in the bottom of the cup! I immediately called the store back and was told by the manager that they would refund our entire purchase. She also said they had been having a big problem with a lot of bugs and were having to get an exterminator to come in. Nasty!

So I lived in Dallas/Fort Worth for nearly 10 years, left for about as many years, and recently returned to live here again. I’m on a mission to try some of the things that are Texas essentials that I never tried before. My first apartment ever in Texas was in North Arlington and the Whataburger was nearly in my backyard. Late one night some friends from Michigan were visiting so we thought we’d go get some Whataburger — and the service was so slow and so bad that we asked for our money back and left. Fast forward all these years later and I realized my knee-jerk avoidance of Whataburger was probably unnecessary, so I went to this location today. I got a «monterey melt» meal, I think it was called. The service today was very good and they were faster than they were on that memorable night in N. Arlington. But the three stars for my review are actually due to the good service and the fact that the restaurant was clean. The fries were pretty gross — they were really soggy and barely warm. The burger probably would’ve been tasty, but it was just so big and sloppy and GREASY. The burger wasn’t gross per se, but the grease and mess were a big turn-off. I probably won’t be back, but at least this time it won’t be because of the service.
