Fast and friendly service. I wanted nitrogen in my tires and while it wasn’t on the list, it was no problem to add. The car wash voucher is a nice plus too.

I’ve been coming here for while. I used to go to Firestone but came here when Firestone told me it would be a 2 hour wait for an oil change. I have never left! The techs are very friendly and knowledgable and are very fast. I can get serious work done on my car the same day and at great prices. Firestone charges so much for the labor you don’t realize they haven’t charged you for the parts yet!
The new remodel of the inside lobby is really nice. They have redone the Childrens area and now have tablets for them to play with. There is coffee for guests as well as a TV.
Each visit gives you a light detail and car wash at their location around the corner.
I have had a few hiccups here before but nothing we couldn’t get fixed.
I hope to keep coming back here!

Quick service, modern and comfortable waiting room with a children’s center, and amenities make Kwik Kar Lube Center a repeatable choice for an oil change.
They were one of the few places open on Sunday in my area, though reviews are somewhat low. My customer experience was pleasant, and service was quick. The amenities of the waiting area definitely stand out. If weather was bad or a had a child with me, I would definitely be drawn here over the standard crappy waiting room of most oil change places.
The kids room has two iPads with games, a stack of books, and is decorated colorfully. Coffee, tea and candy are available. And the seating includes copious outlets and usb ports! Free wi fi is also offered.
My oil change was simple, but I observed the techs explaining repairs to other customers and they were very professional and thorough in their explanations.

Went there to get my oil changed and inspection. Since I was there and needed It figured i’d get my tires rotated. Was there for a little less than an hour, not bad. But a couple hours later I decided to check to make sure my tires were rotated. Sure enough they weren’t. I was definitely charged for it.
Had to to return the next day to get my money back. I got a half ass apology, and my money back. This was after I waited around for 10 minutes while they «verified» that it wasn’t done. Because I love driving 20 minutes across town to get my money back for services that weren’t completed. To top it off they said I shouldn’t have them rotated and that the best tires need to be on the rear, even though I have a front wheel drive car. They sure didn’t seem to care about that yesterday when they took my money. Avoid this place at all costs.

Almost 2 hour wait to get get to my truck to change the oil… Had to wait in a nasty trailer out back, I had to get out and walk in to get someone to tell me the wait time… If your in a hurry not the place to go get a oil change… Friendly staff but the accommodations for the guest are not up to speed…

Went to the Watauga location with a coupon ($ 5 off) that another Kwik Kar location had out. Didn’t realize it was the wrong location and that they were all independently owned. Well the employes sure pointed it out to me that this coupon was «not valid» at the Watauga location! So I left. Too bad because it’s closer to my house but they almost took pride in telling me that the coupon wasn’t one of theirs, so I won’t be going back!

Went to go get my ac system drained and flushed. I have an older car that use to have r12 but was converted to the new standard 134a. The guy looked at my car came over and acted like I had the plague. Didn’t want to touch my car, didn’t care or acknowledge anything I tried to tell him about the car. He was rather rude about it and instead of answering any of my questions just started walking off telling someone to bring my car around to get me out of there. If they have some policy in place about not working on retrofitted ac systems… that’s fine. I didn’t do anything wrong don’t treat me like a POS. Won’t EVER go back here.

I came in with the «Free Alignment» coupon they put on my door. This was for an $ 80 alignment, not the free Alignment Check. My alignment was off from hitting a curb. They said it would be real quick, like 15 minutes. 45 minutes later, they bring me to the garage and show me the fancy alignment program. The technician said I couldn’t get an alignment, because the real issue was a bent knee assembly. He said he would call me in the morning with a quote to let me know how much that would actually cost.
The next day, he calls and tells me it would be about $ 750 for the used part and labor. I said I’d get a second opnion. I took the car to Keller Haslet Collision, who said the knee assembly wasn’t bent, but the part had shifted slightly from the impact with the curb. They just had to unscrew a few bolts, move it back to the correct spot, and screw it back in, which they did. Then they could do the actual alignment. They charged me $ 150 for the diagnostic, fixing the issue, and the alignment, which I happily paid.
Stay away from Kwik Kar and their «Free» gimics. I won’t be coming here again.
