Legacy Krav Maga is a wonderful way to learn a potentially life-​saving self-​defense system.
The instructor, Steve, is not only an incredibly knowledgeable instructor, but he truly cares about his students. He teaches all levels, while able to take the time to give one-​on-​one instruction, when necessary. The students all work together to help each other, and it feels like family.
Krav Maga is one of the best self-​defense systems ever devised. It is easy to learn, easy to retain, and brutally effective. It is definitely not intended for children, but is a great way for adults to learn to defend themselves and their families.
Classes are Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
