The ice cream is pretty good but it is ruined by the price. I got the smallest cup which was $ 4.61, whatever I guess. My husband got a chocolate cone with 1 scoop of vanilla. The cone with ice cream was $ 4.61 but then they charged me an additional $ 1.40 because it had chocolate on the cone. $ 6 for a 1 scoop cone seems a little excessive. They had no line system for whose turn it was. Then over half of the tables were dirty. The girl behind the counter was very nice, she is the only reason I gave 2 stars. Although the man there was very rude and uninterested in talking to me.

I went here as a kid and enjoyed it, but as an adult .Not so much. The ice cream itself is tasty and it’s fun to watch toppings being blended in. However, the experience is generally tainted by the rudeness encountered with the employees. They are mostly disinterested teenagers with few customer skills. My husband refuses to come back for one main reason. He wants a small amount of ice cream and would like the children’s cup but he’s always told no. Makes no sense… at any other fast food place I can order a kid’s meal no problem. I know they want him to get a larger more expensive size but he doesn’t want all that ice cream, so instead of getting a small he gets nothing. We don’t go anymore. It’s too bad, too… the ice cream isn’t bad.

Don’t expect a greeting, thank you, or any other pleasantry. The prices are confusing. There are no prices for the special recipes that are featured on posters on the wall. The regular prices clearly say«unlimited toppings» but upon inquiry, you have to pay for«toppings after a certain amount»(I was not told what that certain amount is). There were no dairy-free options(not one sorbet? lame). Despite 50 degree weather, the ice cream was melting rapidly and the spoon was so crappy and ill-qualified that it bent cartoonishly. I realized my order was wrong but all employees had disappeared. One finally reappeared and sat in a chair far from the register to play on his phone. Meanwhile I wished I had just gone to the store and bought a pint of Talenti.

If I could give this place a zero rating I would. We have been coming here for months with no issue. I mean besides there being a new worker every time you go. I always order the same thing, a sweet cream shake with chocolate chips. No problem except for last night. We went and the guy was rude and said they couldn’t do it that way. When i questioned that since I had been getting it for months his only response was we aren’t allowed to put their tiny mini chocolate chips in the blender… what? Do you have a weak blender? I can crush ice and frozen fruit in mine how can they not do chocolate chips in theirs. Needless to say this place is now the killer of dreams.

This is close to home, and that is bad news for my waistline. I can cry about that later lol. I love Marble Slab! Best ice cream flavors in town and the mix-ins are the like the icing for the cake. Yum! I’m only giving them the regular 3 stars, because the tables seem to need some wiping down in order for us to sit down. They are busy, most times that we visit, so that is probably the reason why.

Marble Slab Creamery on Denton hwy by Target. Girl was making my bf’s ice cream, then gave it to him. While in her spandex, she then picked her weggie in the back AND front of her spandex, while her buttcheeks were half out and had no gloves on and continued to help another customer right after that. Pure disgusting. If I could, 0 stars. No class or respect.

I am giving one star, i would give zero if I could. Today was my first time going and i heard so many good things about this place. I was VERY disappointed the staff was horrible! First of all he was so rude and careless, I told him i never been here before and he looked at me like i was stupid. I asked him how it works and he said it with a big attitude. And last of all when I was choosing my flavor he was standing arms crossed and head leaned to the side and went«sigh» .and the the ice cream was too over priced your better off Going to braums. The end

I love it. Best homemade ice-cream in town. You can choose any flavor and mix them together. I’ve been here 3 times and my favourite is Cotton Candy mixes with White chocolate. nom nom !!!

Tried to celebrate my dad’s birthday with ice cream at this location and we arrived at 10:07 after we checked the sign that they were open until 10:30. As soon as we walked in an employee said«hey guys we turned off our slab but we can still make you ice cream but it will melt, sorry we didn’t have anyone for 30 minutes so we turned it off». Seriously disappointed. Now we are at Dairy Queen.

We have been coming to this Marble Slab for years. The work force has had its ups and downs, but the ice cream has always been great.

EATATYOUROWNRISK! In the past 48 hours 8 people from 3 different households have gotten food poisoning and the only connection is that we all had ice cream from here the other night!

Came in right at closing tonight, which we honestly try not to do; we’ve worked in the service industry and know how annoying that is. We had a serious hankering for marble slab, though! We were actually shocked with the great service we got. I honestly wouldn’t have blamed the guy and girl working there for being annoyed, but if they were they never showed it! They were all smiles, very polite and helpful! We’ll definitely be back(before closing!!!)

We like this place. The ice cream is the best in this area. The malts are always good. Though they do run out of the Rum flavor alot (need to keep more in stock) Usually do the get it and go thing. Kids love the waffle cones and large scoops of ice cream they get. Not much seating in this store and often the tables haven’t been wiped down

As a treat for our boys, we visited this Marble Slab today. It’s been a couple years since I’ve been here because we usually opt for frozen yogurt. Our experience today was well below par. First off and most of all, the place was absolutely filthy. I am extremely disappointed because in years past I’ve enjoyed coming here, but after today’s visit, it will take some convincing for me to ever go back. Out of the few tables in the place, every single one of them was completely nasty, so we couldn’t find anywhere to sit. The floors were also unbelievably dirty, and we just felt disgusting after we left this place. The staff wasn’t very friendly but not rude either.

The price is a bit steep, but it’s the best quality ice cream in town. It’s like a meal because of how rich the ice cream is. I get full off of half of it. The portions are much larger than the other chains around the DFW area. The staff is really nice. Much larger selection than other stores.

Went to this location for the first time. Got greeted, «Hi, welcome to Marble Slab» when I first walked in. It was great! They have very unique flavors, that other locations don’t have. Would definitely go again. Highly recommended

The ice cream is pretty good and the shakes are awesome. Service is much better than the other chains. Wish I could write in complete sentences about this place. One order is good for two people. Otherwise, it’s so expensive.

The ice cream itself is pretty good. They have pretty much anything you can think of for«mix-ins,» but it’s $ 5 for a cone with one mix-in. It’s almost $ 10 for two shakes. You get the picture. For ice cream, you’d think it’d be a tiny bit cheaper, y’know?
