Ok, I have visited this location twice more since my last review. I guess I’m either expecting this place will meet my expectations or I’m just a glutton for sub par eating establishments. I have to say I prefer the latter. So here’s another opportunity for this subway to break away from the rest of pack. Its 8:00 pm, I receive my order, get my beverage of choice, WHAT! Not again ! No tea !!! UGH !! This can’t be happening again, if this was the lottery I would have won twice. Once again Subway employees.. YOUROPEN24HOURS !! what’s so hard about making and keeping tea made for your customers ? Ok, the very next time I visited 1÷9÷2016 I actually have a great sandwich and I also have tea. As I’m sitting enjoying my food I’m looking out to watch the beautiful sunset, IF I could, THEWINDOWSAREFILTHYDIRTY and I noticed most of the tables haven’t been cleaned. Now I’m usually pretty tolerant of things but I REALLYWANTTHIS establishment to do well. Let me give the franchise management some advice ; Dirty windows, dirty tables, dirty floors are a reflection and perception of how people see your business and they formulate an opinion about your business by what they see first. Kind of like an interview for a job, you only have one time to make a first impression. If you can’t focus on minute details like windows, floors and tables, what does that say about your food and service ? Come on Subway, get your act together, I’m pulling for you. Someone wake up the franchise manager !!!

Worst Subway I have been. Service was terrible. The person was evidently really unhappy of being working there. No eye contact no smile just the bare minimum. After he finished my daughters sandwich he decided to ask me if I was going to want one too. They only had cheddar and American cheese. No sweet tea and no kettle jalapeño chips. The cashier was as bad. Terrible service. At least the food that they had available was fresh.

It’s a Subway, much like any other, except they’re open 24/7, which I love, being nocturnal. Subs are half price after midnight, which is pretty sweet too. The place can get fairly loud with obnoxious suburban teenage twats, but the there’s no getting around that. The guys working the sandwich line were nice, though clearly beat down by some of their more entitled clientele.
