Has definitely stepped up in quality since they moved across the street into the gas station. Now has a drive through too. Parking lot is big enough for both the gas station and D&D. Food is fresh and staff is pleasant which is a huge plus for both Dunkin Donuts and Waterbury. The gas station is a horrible parking lot to get in and out of. It is impossible to get out if you intend to go on the opposite side of the road. It was definitely in a better place across the street, but the management is better now so I guess you just can’t get 5 out of 5 sometimes. Other complaints would just be that the selection is now limited. It is still better than other dunkins, but being in a gas station means less room for inventory. The coffee is still good and they still have a wide selection of donuts and bagels, but they do not always have what i want as far as sandwiches.

It may be the smallest Dunkin Donuts I have been to outside of a gas station, but the staff is fast and efficient. I ordered a box of Joe and 100 munchkins, and literally every person in the place jumped to and pitched in. I had everything I needed within 2 minutes, and was back out the door. Recommended… unless you’re claustrophobic.
