Dunkin’ Donuts

This place used to be apart of my daily routine shared by a couple of coworkers. We always ordered the same things so the cashiers learned our orders by heart! The staff is well mannered and competent. The interior is always clean. We would go around 3:00p.m. for that pick me up cup’o’joe, so I never experienced the morning shift service.

I usually would not comment on either a good or bad experience in a restaurant, but … I moved to Wolcott 8 months ago and with little exception patronize this location 5 – 6 days a week. I use both drive through and lobby. To this day I have yet to be acknowledged in a friendly, welcoming, multi visitor fashion. I am greeted, in most cases with indifference. Prior to my move, I patronized the West Main Street Waterbury location since its opening. I had and still have the exact opposite experience, the service and acknowledgment was exceptional in that location. When I occasionally stop in at that location now… I have been told I was missed! A nice feeling. It is unfortunate that within my new home town, I can’t seem to generate the same customer service relationship. Though inconvenient, I will move my patronage elsewhere. No one likes to feel as though they are an inconvenience to service, especially in a coffee shop where a «Good Morning» or «Good Afternoon should be considered the very minimal of customer acknowledgment. This location suffers, by its lack of customer service… It’s unfortunate. I hope that this review reaches ownership, and the appropriate training or development can take place, but until then, I will change locations.

This place is Gorgeous! The building is designed different not like your everyday boring DD’s! So clean! They have a couple Barstool tables and a few regular type tables. I have seen a few DD’s that were a bit more comfortable but really can I complain??? No! This is nice and cozy! Size is nice inside because the next table can’t hear your conversation! The workers were really nice! And the girl that made my sandwich did a good job! Even though I know it’s not science to make it, people still can’t get things right! Not here, this DD’s was great! If I was closer I’d make this my go to DD’s
