We can’t say enough to express our gratitude to Chuck for his incredible service. Late on a Saturday night in 100 degree weather, Chuck drove out 30 minutes to fix our broken fridge/freezer — after having just returned from leading Boy Scout camp and with his injured foot in a boot! We could tell after talking to him for less than one minute that he was an absolute professional and was able to diagnose the issue over the phone in mere seconds.
