I came to this location tonight because I was in Waterloo and also because the College Hill location is closed for remodel. I’ve been craving a fresh and simple sub lately. Even though I like Subway I don’t put them in the same category. It’s like comparing Pizza Hut to Papa John’s they’re just not the same. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. They were ready to take my order whenever I was ready. I quickly ordered and I paid and went down to the end to retrieve my subs. They were ready quickly but they almost forgot my pickle I had to remind them of it. So then the employees and I got to small talk about how great the pickles are. He joked that it would’ve been a tragedy if he would’ve forgotten it. There were several male employees there and they were all busy doing something. Somewhere doing dishes somewhere prepping ingredients and summer cleaning. Even though they were having friendly conversation they were all still very productive. The lobby in eating area was clean and tidy. I took my subs to go. I’ll be back if I’m ever in Waterloo and have a hankering for a sub.

Tasy subs, but not a lot of topping options. I wish they had sliced pickles and black pepper. The deli meats and bread are by far the best in town. They don’t kid around when they say they are«super fast». Our food was ready before I could even fill up my soda. Subs are 8″ and very filling. Prices range between $ 5 and $ 8 per sub. Definitely reccomend this place for a good sandwich!

This chain is consistent from state to state. Although I’ve heard that here the bread can sometimes be too hard or they use the day old bread. I dunno, I had a few while in town and they were OK.
