Supercuts

Been coming here off and on. Can never get the same haircut twice. I was in today, all chairs were full and I was the only one waiting. While I was waiting about 4 other people walked in. When a chair opened, the absolutely clueless girl at the register had someone else go before me, no appointment.
The prices aren’t even close to worth it. I’ll never be back.

I went in for a hair cut and I left liking my hair but the women who cut it was very rude. To get my hair wet she user a spray bottle and most of the water got in my face not in my hair. then when she was finished with the hair cut, while my hair was wet. She asked me if I liked it and u told her can u blow dry it because I can’t see how it looks wet so she blowed dried the front part a little and that’s it. I like my hair cut but she wasn’t the nicest person but on the other hand I’ve gone to places that the stylist was very nice and had a bad haircut …

Came in for a wash and blow dry– nothing complicated. When making my appointment on the phone the associate taking the appointments came off annoyed. When I got there the staff seemed to be irritated that they had a customer to tend to, however I got right in the shampoo chair. The shampoo left much to be desired; the stylist more or less just washed the top of my hair and only wet underneath, the shampoo and conditioner was not worked into my hair at all which was problematic when it came to brushing through it for the blow dry. While combing through my wet hair the stylist ran into several huge tangles which she ripped through ripping a good bit of hair out. She then blew dry my hair about 50% (instead of 90%) of the way and brought out her round brush WHICH STILL HAD HAIR IN IT FROM ANOTHER CUSTOMER. At this point I should also note the men’s hair razors also had hair stuck in them from previous customers. And there was a pile of hair on the floor from the last few customers. She asked whether I wanted my hair blown straight or curled under-​I opted for curled under. She continued blow drying straight. I have VERY thick and long wavy hair so it took her a good while to get through it. When she was finally done she looked to her colleague and asked «ugh, what time is it? How long did that take me?” — never asked how I liked it and hurried me off to pay and leave with still damp portions of hair. Bottom line– unprofessional staff, very mediocre service, and somewhat unhygienic setting. I would NOT recommend– even for the most basic service.
