A pretty solid choice for FroYo if that’s what you’re feeling. I’m not sure why people are complaining about the staff, I never had an issue with the staff. And I mean, seriously… it’s self serve frozen yogurt… how much interaction do you need really. They weigh it, you pay, done. I will say that the prices seem high for what you get. I mean, my kids definitely pile it on, but I’ve never walked out of there thinking«Hey, that was totally worth it!» The flavor selections and toppings are pretty standard and pretty solid. Again, this won’t change your life, but if you got the fever for FroYo, you probably won’t be disappointed here. Note: They close for the Winter, which seems odd to me. But yeah, if you’re planning on giving them a try, wait until spring. And go to Carvel right down the road in the meantime.

Great place but the information listed here is wrong. They’re open until 10 on Saturdays, not 11.

It’s your pretty standard self-serve fro-yo, although this place probably has more yogurt flavor options than some others I’ve seen. The amount of fresh fruit toppings available varies depending on the day I think. It’s nice and clean and has indoor and outdoor seating areas and free wifi. I’ve seen a few people say that a certain flavor of yogurt has run out, but sometimes the machines just get jammed or something and the staff will fix it really easily.

Went there yesterday and their air conditioner had failed to work. It was melting some chocolate toppings. There was a bad odor there as well. I told the worker but she denied any odor. I hope they fix air because it effecting the toppings. Very nice people that work there! Owner needs to fix problem stat!

I honestly love frozen yogurt. There’s no better excitement than to create your own concoction of flavors and toppings. I’ve been to Peachwave several times with my friends. And every single time I go, I get more and more disappointed. The flavors are always the same and if your lucky, your favorite flavor isn’t empty(chocolate always is). When I think of frozen yogurt, I think of fun flavors with delicious fresh fruit on top. FALSE! This place pretty much never has fruit. And when it does, you can tell it’s frozen and not fresh. The employees seem miserable and rude. No interaction with the customers. I think interaction is very important when trying to succeed in a small town. And now the owner decides to serve wraps and soup. I wish her good luck because I don’t think you’ll be able to compete with Mangia(Matteo’s) or Chubba’s. I will say this place is always clean and bright. That’s the only good thing I can think of.

This place is great! It was nice to see a change of ice cream here in Watertown. I am a little upset that the flavors change a lot and are not consistent – therefore making trips where I don’t get anything possible. The décor is new, place is clean, parking is a little difficult to find. Prices are on point, my new local ice cream go to!

Nice flavor choices– the pistachio was great with Italian rainbow cookies for topping. It was very clean and the employees were friendly!

My favorite Peachwave of all locations that I have been to so far. Tons of flavor machines, big goodies/fruit bar, and plenty of seating including a few couches which most frozen yogurt places lack. Staff was very friendly. Parking lot is small and always crowded. Getting into it was not a problem though. This was my first ever frozen yogurt place, and after visiting 12 different ones(including waterbury peachwave), this is still my favorite one due to the flavor and seating options. A must visit place for all frozen yogurt fans.

The first time I walked in I was excited to try some yogurt! I only had 5.00 in my pocket, that was all my change was from Radio Shack. The smell of yogurt filled my nostrils, and I was so eager to eat up! I figured since it is measured by weight, I would have just enough in my cup for only 4.00 at least. I walked up and put my yogurt on the scale, and the total came out to 6.20!!! I gave her five dollars, and she gave me a nasty look. At the time, I didn’t know the total, so I was confused. She said. 6.20. I said im only had five, so she smirked and said. Oh well. And took the cup right from my hand and threw it in the trash. I’m so disappointed with this store and now I’m wishing Panera Bread came in this plaza instead of peach wave.

I have no idea what the heck other people mean about the employees being mean? It’s like most people think their princesses or something. This is a froyo place not a gourmet black tie restuarant? I went here numerous times last summer. Very delicious! The service was excellent and I always had a pleasant conversation with whomever was working there.

Meh, just ok. I normally go crazy for froyo but I wasn’t impressed by the flavor selection or taste. For some reason everything tasted bland, or plain vanilla? Some interesting toppings and the loungey atmosphere was inviting, but I was just turned off. Then again, NYC is bursting with froyo and the availability has spoiled me; it may be unfair for me to judge lovely Watertown’s froyo shop(snobby much?). I’m sure we’ll be back with the family soon; hoping to try something more impressive next time!

This Peach Wave was actually one of the first«self serve» frozen yogurt places I went to. My friends and I have a «Sunday night FroYo date» every weekend here. Although, the last couple times we have come it’s been the same flavors everytime. There hasn’t been anything different, which isn’t so bad but I would like to at least try more flavors. The toppings are plentiful and always stocked which is good, I feel like they change the toppings more than the flavors. I like everything about this place but the only downside is I feel like they are a tad expensive. One time I only got maybe one scoop of yogurt and some toppings and it was well over $ 6 for just me and I barely got anything. The inside is kind of small so on a busy night you might not have anywhere to sit, but starbucks is right next door and they have outside seating we always sit at. Definitely worth the trip!

I have a great experience ever time I come into Peach Wave in Watertown. The first time we came in for soft serve, we were lucky enough to meet the owner. She was so nice and she spent 15 minutes chatting with us about the Peach Wave franchise and her experience so far. It was nice to be treated to that extra personal touch. Now when we come in, she remembers our names. The store location is usually clean, even though they get a TON of foot traffic– and there are always at least 8 flavors to choose from including fat free and no sugar added varieties. I also appreciate that the toppings bar holds a huge assortment of healthy– indulgent toppings. My favorite are the fruit-burst balls! They even have sugar free syrups for sundaes. I really appreciate that they try to accommodate as many tastes as possible! I am a light eater, and I don’t load up on toppings because I like the taste of the Dole Pineapple soft serve totally plain, so my dish never costs more than $ 3.00– what a deal for custom, healthy, dessert! The only down side is how crazy an ice cream shop can be in the hot summer, and how insanely bad the parking lot is in that plaza. I mean, it is a nightmare to pull in and out over there and ALWAYS full. But that’s no fault of Peach Wave– just an added annoyance. This is our go-to summer treat spot!

It’s good. But it’s not that great. They only have one register going. Which is horrible on the weekends because the line is so long. By the time you get to the register, your fro-yo is melted. They don’t change the flavors very often and they don’t pair them together well if you want to swirl two flavors. Like Cotton candy and Orange. Gross. The people who work there NEVER look happy. I’ve seen one employee smile. It must not be a great work environment. The employees seem very unhappy and unfriendly. A smile never hurt anyone. The place is clean. Employees are constantly cleaning the tables, machines, and around the toppings.

Om nom nom. I’m all for self serve frozen yogurt by my house. Plus they expanded parking in the plaza, yay! Just be mindful of how much you put in your cup and how heavy the toppings are. You shouldn’t have a problem.

It’s funny. I was driving by this strip mall a few weeks ago(before the PeachWave signs went up) and was saying to my wife that this would be a great spot for an iTopIt(Similar to PeachWave, but in Colorado) Fast forward a few weeks and BAM, here’s PeachWave. It JUST opened, so everything is ‘brandy new’. The décor is bright, colorful, open/airy and modern. When you walk in, head to the left to the wall of frozen yogurt dispensers mounted side by side, grab a cup and start dispensing, just be careful because it’s priced by weight and can add up QUICK! All the yogurt is self serve and the hardest decision is what flavor(s) to choose. I went with chocolate, vanilla and cookies & cream; but they offer around 20 different options(plus the side by side ones you can swirl!) Now just shimmy on over to the right(keep that line moving) and head to the toppings station. They offer everything from fresh fruit, chocolate chips, Oreos, Fruity Pebbles to gummy worms and crushed up candy bars. A little further along you can stack on the hot fudge as well as a variety of other sauces. The seating is nice; there are several tables and chairs, a sofa with ottomans, a seating bar near the window and several tables outside in between Starbucks too. There is a public bathroom in the store and they also sell PeachWave merchandise if you’re so inclined. My only suggestion to the owners would be to add a sample-size cup(like a paper shot glass size) so that we can sample the flavors before committing to one. My family and I are so happy they opened this place because when we were in Colorado, we loved iTopIt. This is a nice addition to Watertown and I can’t wait to bring my family here again.
