I love coming to this store! It has amazing coffee and a surprisingly wide variety of books. It is definitely kid friendly, the second floor/balcony area is devoted to them. I love all of the knick knacks and jewelry available to browse through, it really adds to the experience. This is my favorite spot to visit when in town.

Stopped here before a movie at the Towne Had a Autumn Pumpkin soup bs baguette. High quality. Great soup. Remember bad me of Berkeley CA cafes where I spent my time getting through law school. I’ll be telling more folks about this once. A Watertown gem.

I could spend hours in Tribecca. It’s so calming, cute and kitschy. Coffee drinks are amazing! And they always have Brie on the menu. Don’t forget about the staff, so nice! I’m going to put down my kindle and get my butt in there more!

Decent coffee/lattes. Nice back room for meetings/interviews. There is a $ 5 minimum on all card purchases, just FYI.

I just recently moved to the area and I’ve been meaning to stop in to try Tribeca for nearly a month now. What a little gem! The atmosphere of the shop is lovely, the staff were all very helpful and friendly, and the coffee was GREAT! I’m a health nut that usually sticks to boring black coffee or tea, but the different lattes and espresso drinks all sounded so good — I got the original zebra latte. It was delicious! The fact that the store is full of fun, eclectic items that you can shop for while you wait for your coffee is certainly neat. Their«bulletin» board seemed to be more full of community posters and events(things like that) than the usual Starbucks which was nice. Of course the BOOKS were one of the favorite things about this place. I will definitely be back and buried in a book sometime soon!

I’ve had mixed experiences here the past 4 years I’ve lived in Watertown, WI. To start out, I love the atmosphere & cultural dynamic they’ve crafted coming from Minneapolis. The place is right on Main St. sort of a downtown, local-grown, cozy place to hang out. What I don’t like is their spotty service. This is different every time I’ve gone there– a few times it’s been really great but other times the exact opposite so I’ll give you my worst experience. I frequented this coffee shop a lot my sophomore year in college and I always ordered the same thing(small coffee with room for cream). Once in a while I would get a refill but I never abused it and I frequently brought guests with me & left tips so I was definitely doing them a favor by giving them business. The lady that owns the place I think was working one day and I had been working on a term paper for about an hour– even before she had started working. I hadn’t gotten any refills at all so I got up and asked for one, she looks at me and says, «this is really getting ridiculous, we’re going to have to put a limit on this– how many times is this now four?!» I’m an introverted person so I was shocked when she said it but sort of angry too– I had been coming here all year and she knew me so I thought we we’re sort of friendly acquaintances but I just said, «Sorry to bother, I don’t need a refill.» I threw the cup away & never went back there for 2 years. This last year I went there a couple times and they seemed to have gotten a little better but I still carry that experience with me & when people ask me about Tribeca I tell them it’s a great little coffee shop with good coffee & a great atmosphere but I don’t like the service. That’s it. Fair. — but 90% of the time the people won’t go there because people LIKESERVICE. So should you go there? «It’s a nice little coffee shop, with good coffee & great atmosphere but I don’t like the service.» Other coffee shops in the area I prefer: Connections Café(great coffee & laundry mat nearby), Berres Brothers(okay coffee, cool shop).

My writing group, Write After This, meets at Tribeca on the last two Tuesdays of every month. It’s a wonderful and welcoming place to host our get-togethers. I never fail to get great coffee(and tea!) there. There’s also a selection of tasty gelatos and bakery as well as homemade soups(served with bread.) The staff is friendly and accommodating. The book selection is modest, but you can order anything you’re looking for. And there’s always interesting art and gift items to look at and purchase. There’s free Wi-Fi available while you’re enjoying your coffee and plenty of comfortable places to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. The historic building isn’t air conditioned but is well-ventilated. Keep that in mind if you’re sensitive to the heat.

Sanctuary from the jungle that is downtown Watertown. Ok, maybe that’s just a tad dramatic. =o) Still, a great place. Excellent coffee, good selection of books, especially historic books about Watertown. The staff is wonderful to reminisce with, as well. A great addition to downtown Watertown, I will be back.

They serve good coffee in a relaxing setting. They sell book, gifts, etc., but I go there for the historic feel, free wifi, and comfortable atmosphere. Check it out on a Sunday afternoon!

Great coffee shop/bookstore in historic downtown Watertown. Lots of cool gifts and a good selection of new/used books. I had a latte that was on special and a small plate of hummus and crackers. Laid back staff and good music made for a quiet weekday afternoon while I surfed the free Wi-Fi.
