Stopped at this little restaurant as an out-​of-​towner. So amazing!!! She makes all the food fresh and by hand. The soup is excellent! The meals are very large and filling. The atmosphere is wonderful. Close and cozy. The staff is friendly and keeps the food coming.

Great service and meal, huge deli sandwich along with a fresh ingredient salad.
My wife had a cheese burger with a handmade beef party. It was so tall you needed to take out the lettuce and tomato and eat it on the side. The pasta salad was delicious.

The best eats in town!!! You won’t be disappointed in the food or service here, you can be sure of that! We used to eat at the place across the street, never again. Coyote is our spot now. Things not to miss include the giant Reuben, Patty melt, clam chowder… Honestly its all delicious. Very happy with everything we’ve tried. Waterville needed a place like this, my Mom lives here and we’re happy to have an awesome restraunt in town when we visit. Good work coyote, keep it up!!!

Oh my gosh the fish tacos were delicious. Grilled cod, fresh slaw and salsa, sour cream and melted cheese on flour tortillas. Yum yum yum. The Reuben was huge, piled with thin slices of pastrami, delicious sauerkraut and melted cheese on soft rye, and came with a salad. The prices were more than fair for the generous amount of food and fresh, homemade quality. Good service too. A nice addition to the plateau. We’ll be back.
