As far as I can tell, this is the only place in walking distance of downtown where you can get a bagel.
Now…is it actually five-​star good? No, it’s still just a franchise. But the service was fast and accurate and the quality was in line with any of their other locations. So for the location, it did exactly what I needed, and that gets a high mark from me.

New steak and eggs wrap was horrible. The eggs were powdered and who knows what the steak was.

On the West Coast in Los Angeles I don’t get a chance to go to Dunkin’ Donuts very often, so I’m usually very happy when I see one. However this, was a horrible experience.
First I ordered combo number five, they only give me five tater tots. Now I know this sounds stupid, but there with me, when you pay for something, you expect the equivalent amount of service.
The manager, instead decided to argue with me that I got enough tater tots, and made a big scene, whenever I’m just asking if I can get a few more. He refused, and insisted that I got what I paid for.
I can’t believe the level of service,. How they even stay open is beyond me, inefficient, rude, beyond everything else cheap.
