We stumbled upon Graft unexpectedly on a Saturday night when my girlfriend and I were looking for a date night restaurant. The food was fantastic, the drinks were amazing, and the ambiance is spot on. We got the cider flight, beet salad, oysters, and sauerkraut/​pork belly with the chamomile crème de pot for dessert. Everything was phenomenal and the bar tenders really know their stuff. I can’t wait to go back again — this is my new favorite place!

The food, wine and cheese are extraordinary! We had one night in Finger Lakes and it was exactly what we were looking for — great atmosphere, great food and great service! A definite must if you’re coming to the area

Nice atmosphere with interesting and very tasty fare. The Brussel Sprout Salad was excellent, as was the Salmon and Avocado plate.
Good selection of local wines and ciders to compliment the food.
The Rice Pudding is a great way to finish.
The friendly staff provided excellent service

This was our first stop in the Finger Lakes. We had a flight of dry cider/​wines recommended by our server. He took a lot of time to explain the choices. We were very pleased with the selections. Beautiful décor and atmosphere. Highly recommended.
