Ive ueed Don Heim for many years. Both. for my work uniforms akd my personal clothes. I was always happy with the service. The drive up option is cool. The ladies were always helpful and nice.
Since the sale and renaming to Watsonville Cleaners ive had nothing but dissapointment. The creases in my uniforms are unbelievably crooked and off. If i was in an academy id be doing pushups forever. Constantly fighting to get uniforms in individual hangers is getting old.
Ill be finding someone new.
Who ever you are who bought the place i hope you read Unilocal.I think you are well into destroying a business

This place doesn’t even deserve a star! I had three blouses dry cleaned, one came back wrinkled and another one was missing a cuff link that was perm. sewed on. I also gave them 5 pants to hem, two were slacks and three were jeans which I requested to have the jeans «French» hemmed. They told me that all would be done in one week. Well its been over THREE weeks! I got everything back BUT they did not hem my jeans! REALLY??? They could not do «French» hem which I requested when I dropped off my clothes, why the hell didn’t they tell me this three weeks ago? They will NEVER get anymore of my business and I will warn others to don’t even bother with this place. Very frustrating…

After trying many dry cleaners in Aptos we decided to give Don Heim in Watsonville a try. My husband and I have been using them for almost 2 years now and we don’t plan on using anyone else I would highly recommend them! Their prices are the best around, the staff is friendly and they have a quick turn-​around. To top it off, they as Matt H stated they have drive up service. No need to get our of the car. Just pull up and drop off or unlock your doors and they will load up your dry cleaning into your back seat!

Watsonville, CA
Drive up service, reasonable prices, fast service. I have never had any problems. I have a couple of friends in law enforcement and this is where they always bring their uniforms. I dropped one star because it seems like it takes 3 – 5 days for my suits which is longer than I am used to.
