I love their cupcakes and probably stop by more than I should. Their Oreo cupcake is my favorite! The cupcakes themselves are lovely; moist and delicious. Staff are always friendly and the store is clean and cute.

I love rocs cupcakes! I’ll usually buy some for friends and family on they’re birthdays and I’ll get me one too! The carrot cupcake is the best I’ve ever had

Stops at Roc’s for a «cupcake fix». We enjoyed a red velvet and a salt/​caramel — very fresh and wonderful. We have never been disappointed and the new ones they periodically offer. We thoroughly enjoyed and look forward to returning soon.

The Lemon cupcakes are my new favorite. I love that there’s a bit of special filling inside each cupcake which complements the frosting and toppings.

Love there cupcakes and so does my son. Idk how someone can give them a 1 star. 5 stars for me. the guy working always makes u feel welcome and greets u right away and is so helpful. can’t wait to order my Son’s b day cupcakes here

Absolutely delicious cupcakes for anytime, served by a darling young man. I’ll be back! I bought 8 cupcakes (including 2 gluten free) for my book club. Everyone raved how beautiful and delicious the cupcakes are. It feels like a party just looking at these jewels.

Three words… ICE CREAM CUPCAKE. …ENOUGH SAID… soooooo goood!!! Pick your cupcake, pick your ice cream, go get one!

Good cupcakes, variety of flavors. I just wasn’t blown away. Too much sugar and not enough contrast in flavors.
We tried he snickerdoodle, red velvet, and the oreo. The red velvet was moist but not the snickerdoodle. And all of them were so weighted down in sugar it was very hard to taste any distinguishing flavors.

My absolute favorite cupcake shop! We got over 200 cupcakes for my parents wedding anniversary and everyone loved them! They didn’t last very long. Plus I haven’t tasted a flavor I didn’t love. I highly recommend this place.

For the first time and most likely many times to come, I had the opportunity to actually savor these yummy cupcakes. We shared a carrot cake and snikers that melted in our mouths and we tried everything possible to make them last. Can;t wait for our next occasion to run down to
Roc’s Cupcakes! You should too. You will not be dissapointed.

Unimpressed, dry cake and terrible frosting tasted like a mouthful of shortening and sugar yuck. The hours are terrible, went by 4 times before a caught them open I only kept going on because I purchased the groupon and wanted to redeem it otherwise I would have not tried after the first time. Doesn’t open to noon, really? You’re a bakery that makes substandard cup cakes, no thanks if I want a crapy overpriced cup cake I’ll go to Nob Hill, at least they have hours that are friendly toward people that have jobs.

I love their cupcakes but they’re always closed!!! Closed Sundays?! Really? Plus close early Saturdays??! Silly!!! There have been so many times where I’m craving Roc’s cupcakes and then it’s close so I always end up going to Baskin Robins. I LOVE the sea salt carmel, but they’re never open. :(

Excellent cupcakes and customer service. We were visiting from la and wanted a sweet treat after kayaking all day in the slough. This place offered the perfect solution. We will be back on subsequent trips!

Fast, friendly, thorough service… and delicious cupcakes! Came here valentine’s day and they had a cute cake pop arrangement for a good price. The red velvet and oreo cupcakes were delish! Definitely will come back soon. Don’t forget to take advantage of the Unilocal deals too! They honor them!

The cupcakes are moist and flavorful! The reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because they never seem to have much of a variety of flavors. I liked there page on Facebook and look at their flavors daily. Always the same ones except for a couple of specialty ones. However, there flavors are wonderful.

5 stars for the salted caramel cupcake. Ridiculous good. Chocolate cake with caramel filling, salted caramel frosting (brown sugar?) and a generous caramel driZle. Amazeballs.

First off this is most honest & fair review I could write. I have read the previous reviews here and the neg reviews are 100% correct others must be from owner or friends of owner.
here is my review I purchased a doz cupcakes of all types put them on the floor in their special holder and by time I got home they all tipped over.
presentation was good they look nice, store is clean. the owner is pretty sure of her self but her employees are nice I think she should let them deal with customers.
as far as the taste test «and I love cupcakes» on a scale 1 – 10 I give them a 3 – 4 max don’t get me wrong they were moist that was a big plus but flavor was awful. one lady wrote it was to salty or something like that and I agree as well way way to rich I couldn’t eat a ¼ of one and I hadn’t even eaten dinner and I had to drink 2 glasses of milk to wash down all that sugar.

A coworker brought me a cupcake on my birthday and it was SO FUCKING GOOD. When I found out there was a new cupcake place, and that it was close to me, I just about died!
Then the groupon went live and I bought 2 (for me and for my husbands workplace). I redeemed the first and tried chocolate, red velvet, Snickers and oreo. So bomb.
Since then I’ve tried most flavors and they are all really good. I have a huge sweet tooth so the frosting is great, though it was too sweet for my husband.
The cupcake texture is «heavy» and dense, yet still feels like eating a cupcake. Flavors are always spot on and the staff members are really nice. The owner was there one time and while she looked slammed she took the time to say hi and ask how the cupcake was.
I’m always getting cupcakes. My taste buds love me while my ass does not!
