Always come here for lunch and they’re consistently good. Today though they got my order super wrong so I came by after work to show them and replace my sandwich. The individual working was helping one of the most difficult and picky persons I’ve ever seen. He handled her with patience and was warm and friendly the whole time. When it was my turn and I explained what happened, he responded immediately without any questions and made me a sandwich so good that I forgot I couldn’t eat lunch. Thank you Togos and their awesome employee Michael.

Been here a few times. Glad to say that I’ve had great service each time. Michael served us the last 4x including tonight. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. Not sure what to order? That’s ok because Michael doesn’t rush you; instead he engages you and helps you figure out what you want. We also met Eleazar who rang us up. Very nice and professional as well. We used our Unilocal check-in rewards for free drinks. Bonus! Another bonus that these guys told us is their frequent buyer card. Nine visits equals a free sandwich next time. The sandwiches here have always tasted fresh. Will says the soup is tasty, but temperature hot. That’s a good thing, right? Yup. A couple of things are keeping this place from getting 5 stars from me but have nothing to do with the sandwiches or salads or soups. It’s the beverage area in particular. I cannot have carbonated drinks. The unsweetened tea is gross, even with sugar. My only other option is Minute Maid lemonade. I have a difficult time with lemonade. My hope is that someday there will be more options such as raspberry iced tea or peach tea. The other 5 star hindering point is that Togos Tribe isn’t honored here. Again, not the staffs problem. They are doing a great job. Maybe the owner will read this and give some thought to the ideas. Keep up the great work guys.

I have been coming here for years and must say they have the best service and sandwiches here! Everyone is always super friendly, the service is fast and accurate, they even started giving out hot sauce packets after an employee saw me bring my own for a long time and the next time I came in the crew offered it to me. Love the food and service. Highly recommend

Good place to grab a quick sandwich. They usually put a lot of meat on the sandwiches. The bread taste fresh. The employees are quick but are too busy and focused to even attempt to talk to you. The place does need an upgrade. Overall the dinning area is clean.

Tried a new TOGO’s franchise today in Watsonville, CA. I am a big fan of TOGO’s and this location did not disappoint. Bread, meat, and produce all fresh and tasty. Location has abundant shared private parking, and is located in a shopping center near other businesses. The staff was friendly, quick, and polite, but seemed in a rush for a light afternoon with only a few customers. I found the location in decent shape and relatively clean for local restaurants, still not spotless(the floor behind the counter, which was visible from the waiting area, was filthy.) Also, the fountain drink machine was dripping and in disrepair. Love TOGO’s so will be back for sure to review again and see if there are any improvements in these two areas for a 5-star review. Thank you TOGO’s for an excellent sandwich that blows away the competition.

Great service, friendly staff, prompt order completion. Order online to save time. Join the email club for frequent coupons. Wish they served Coke instead of Pepsi. Womp womp.

No problems from where I sit. The service and the sandwiches have always been great. Very personable service and consistently good sandwiches. In general, I like Togo’s much better than Subway so I go to Togo’s. No nonsense.

Their service rude/sucks… My husband and I went to Togos for lunch and their was anitger couple in front of us finishing up so I take a look around and its messy but I still want a sandwich havent had a togos sandwhich since I lived in San Jose and thats over 5 years. So as tge couple leaves we wait for them to call us and finish cleaning to take or order but then as soon as the couple is out the door the employees heavy set male and red hair female start to talk smack about the customers that just walked out saying how they dont listen and other smack about their hair wardrobe. And then they see us and quickly change to how can I help you attitude. So we tell the heavy set guy our orders and I swear I repeated my order eight to nine times, because he kept talking to the red head. And I kept repeating myself until it was time to pay and go so we got in the car and both of our sandwichs were completely WRONG. So I went back in demanded my money back(got it) and never went back again. Please fire those two.

We had the sorriest excuse for a sandwich here served by grumpy staff. We ordered 4 and each one had something wrong with it. The woman who made our sandwiches needs to be sacked. Rude rude rude.

I love togos, but unfortunately I only come to this location due to it being so close. The staff is very very rude and they never smile, they are very short and treat you like you’re stupid. Something is going on here and I feel like the staff needs to lighten up or get better candidates who would be more than happy to work here.

EXCELLENT Service! Tasty sandwiches! =) I didn’t even get food here, my family did. But I needed to feed my baby. I asked if they had hot water, and they didn’t, but the guy making the sandwiches offered to heat some up for us. He knew we needed it to warm up the milk. Very kind of him! The sun was shining in on my baby and I was trying to close the blinds. It was too high for me to reach. The owner came and offered some assistance, but could not get them to close. He apologized and did say he was getting news ones. Overall, a good experience at this place =)

I am writing this because I feel the need. Hopefully the manager see’s this and addresses his employees to listen to the customer. I love Togo’s! Let me say that. I always order the 22. The last 4 times going here, I have ordered the same thing. I ask for everything but, no pepporochini’s…not too difficult, right? It seems as if they have trouble understanding English, directions or both. 4 visits ago, got back to work and there are the peppers, dang it. I have had the pleasure of having the same girl make my sandwiches the last three times in a row now, and on this occasion today, I cringed when she called«next», that was me… Why you ask? Well, I don’t like pepporochini’s(sp?) and she obviousely loves them cause my sandwich always has them on it! Three times ago, I asked if she put them on and she said yes, so I had her remove them. My sandwich still had them on because she didn’t get them all off, oh kay. No biggie. Next time, I see her putting them on, and I’m like no no, none of those please… oh, sordddy she replies, wraps sandwich up. I ask her Did you put salt and pepper on it? She replies, Yes! Then unwraps it and puts S&P, I laugh, Thank you. Today, I order two sandwiches, one large and one small 22, with everything but no peppers, and guess what she didn’t do? She did it correct!!! Halleluiah! Then I get my two sandwiches and ask«is this a large?» She gave me two smalls. My gosh golly. I don’t know what to do, actually I do.

I love going to this TOGOS. The sandwhichs are delicious, but there is an employee who is rude. Her name is Jenesis or something like that. She never smiles, she’s rude to me, she gives me the impression that she does not want to work there. She doesn ‘t make me feel welcome like the other staff does. There have been times, she has made my order for in house, and I tell her I need to go, and she gives the biggest attitude. I love going to this togos, place but becuase of her, I’d go somewhere else.

Thanks for the extra serving of FOODPOISONING with my pastrami sandwich. I’ve been violently sick all weekend because of your poor food handling procedures.

This is the biggest Togos I’ve seen so far. Most togos just have a couple of tables. Very spacious and good and fast service. The typical Togos… And who knew the first Togo’s was built in San Jose? I didn’t. Five stars for being bigger than most togos restaurants.

I have driven(up to 45 minutes) for a hot number 7 on white with Swiss. Togos has always been consistent, and after years of tinkering, I have found what works for me. Years ago, I was dating a woman who claimed Subway was better than Togos. No, of course it didn’t work. How could it? Who says things like that? Crazy talk…

This is the best Togo’s I have ever visited!(and I go to many) The employees here were polite, kind, and provided great customer service! Also, the white bread was SO soft and fresh. I wish I lived closer, so I could come back more often. Thank you!
