Liked coming to this Wendy’s recently for a lunch. Great prices, service, and location! However the gang-​like graffiti etched in the huge mirror inside the restuarant is sort of unappealing. They should either take down the mirror completely or replace it perhaps with something that would be harder to vandalize.
Pros:
–great prices, food, service and location
Cons:
–there is vandalism inside the restaurant!

Tonight I waited almost 20 minutes for my hamburger and fries. There was nobody else placing orders and only one other family who was eating I the entire restaurant. The manager played chicken shit and wouldn’t come out even though I know he heard me getting upset because it was taking sooooo long. I told them I will never go back to that restaurant. Poor poor poor service. If I could give them negative stars I would.

So this place doesn’t fully have my 5 star rating. BUT, I have been coming here whenever I need to have a lunch after work every other month for over a year now. The food does come out the way I want it to and so far every employee that I’ve interacted with have a decent attitude when ordering. They ARE quick with their service and so far I will be back here if I ever feel the need to grab a bite either alone or with friends. A cool hang out place where it never gets packed either so there’s never a hassle when going in. So in all, it’s pretty well, okay fast food joint.

Absolutely horrible. They forget food every time. Ordered a baked potatoe and didn’t get butter sour cream or fork. Drink with no straw too. How hard is it to do your job! Nothing worse than not being able to eat your dinner. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Way to go freedom! I would give no stars but it won’t let me.

Went through the drive through, no cars in front of me and placed my order, when I drive up to the window, I was not greeted or even looked at. Just took my money and walked away. When I got my food, it wasn’t even what I ordered. Not coming back here.

Wow. Extremely slow service with no apology or excuse as to why. Just alot of hurry up and wait. Took us 5 minutes to order and then more huury up and wait. Then our food order number was called. Yeah… Auh food order is wrong after 15 min. Of waiting. Went back to correct our order… another 10 min. I think most people like my self would be ok with letting customers know, WE ARE SHORT STAFFED. Communication goes very far for a lot of people.

JR. BACON CHEESE BURGER! Delish. Best Value Menu and awesome service. Very satisfied with everything! Employees were patient, polite, friendly and did an excellent job! They were very fast with having my order ready and the food was great! Wish I would have asked for ketchup, because I wasn’t given any… Lesson learned!
