I did not have a need to purchase lenses or glasses and this review is for the exam only. The staff was prompt and friendly from appointment call to walking out the door. Minus a star because although patients are always responsible for services, I feel a profession is better versed in insurance policies and procedures than the consumer. I usually expect a bit more assistance when there is a question on coverage. Besides this minor inconvenience, everything went as expected.
