Saw Dr Kruckmeyer for the first time today after going to the other family practice in town (which was THE worst!) his office was clean and very professional his receptionists friendly and helpful I had to wait barely 5 min and the doctor spent a good amount of time with me caring about what I was in for and what meds I had taken I have definitely found my new doctor very caring and genuine! So glad I gave this new place a try!

Dr. Kruckmeyer has been my general physician while living here in Illinois the last 10 years. He has been highly professional. He has listened to my concerns about certain things I’ve noticed with some of my prescriptions. We altered some this year and they seem to be working out. He answers all questions I have asked promptly. He spends the right appropriate time with his patients. While at this new facility, appointments have been handled on time and there has been very little wait time if any.
His office is clean and the work environment very efficient and comfortable. The staff is friendly and courteous. Getting in to see him on an urgent request is easy. Regular Appointments, at a 3 month or 6 months interval, have been no problem. The staff is very knowledgeable on the accepted health care plans.
I now live in St Charles, Illinois and I drive around an hour to get to his office. I am willing to do this based on our patient doctor relationship.
