Horrible customer service, and very dirty in the kitchen, nasty food coming out of the kitchen, they have bugs, and flys everywhere in the store, nothing but problems with this location, managers, and employees… Rude people and horrible food… Will never ever, EVER!!! Order from here ever!!!

Used to order from here almost every Friday night. Used to be good. Then the sauce began to taste burnt. Thought it might be a one time thing. Ordered it again and it was just as bad. Decided to try the other location in Lake Zurich. Called and ordered for pick up. Was told it would be 20 minutes. No problem. Went to pick up and was told they did not have an order for me. They did make a pizza while I waited. They did not offer any compensation for my inconvenience. I finally got the pizza and was yet again disappointed. It was even worse than the pizza from the Wauconda location. Should not have even bothered. What a waste for my time and money. Never again.

Love the food and service!!! Pizza is always hot and fresh and I also love the mozzarella sticks! The boys that work there are all so kind and helpful and you can tell they work very hard! deliveries are always on time and they always help out with the coupons!

This rosatis unfortunately gives all of the other ones a bad rap. The food is gross, the employees are young dirty kids who don’t care about their job, and the location sucks for parking. Don’t even bother because you will get sick after eating it.

We ordered two pizza’s for dinner, and after an hour+, the guy finally arrived. It was a Wednesday, not a busy evening or weekend. He only brought one of the pizza’s! They said it would be another 45 minutes to make another pizza. They didn’t offer ANY sort of compensation for the delay. WORST pizza service anywhere in the area. TOTAL incompetence! I usually don’t review negatively, but this was ridiculous! They said that they’d give a discount on our next order which will never happen…

‚We ordered one of the«newer» Specialty pizzas on the Menu — the Nini’s Napoleon. THEYLEFTOFFONE of the three ingredients! I called D… at Rosati’s letting him know what hapened. I told him I wasn’t happy & wanted a credit of $ 16.99 off my next pie. D… said they couldn’t do that and could only offer 25% off my next pie or they would make another one free of charge. THATISNOTGOODENOUGH when they messed the order up in the first place! D… argued the point it is store policy set forth by the store owner, Raj. I mentioned to D… if he pulls up our history he can see we have not been recent regulars because of these mishaps, thus the reason why we have not frequented THISPLACE in such a long time. After calling back because I was hung up on… I told him if he wasn’t willing to help now, have Raj, store owner, call me so we can settle this. So I write this awaiting Raj’s call. If he calls me back giving me the credit for THEIRMESSUP, I will post a follow up letting Unilocal Community of this establishment’s worthiness. Blah, blah, blah… A full hour passed & no call from Raj, store owner. I grabbed what was left of the pie & drove back to Rosatis. I presented the mishap in the box & politely asked for a full refund. The original guy who I spoke to had left for the evening & the manager left in charge was reiterating what the guy on the phoned argued. Further, I was told why should a refund be given when half the pie was eaten. YES, half the pie was eaten but it still doesn’t explain why a Specialty pie is missing one of the three ingredients. Again, I thanked him for the free offer of the new pie but asked for a full refund. It was not until the cook from the back came out front and told the manager to give me a refund. The cook knew what happened & he wasn’t going to debate. Thank you cooks at Rosatis! While the front end folks didn’t score high marks in Customer Service… Leave it up to the cooks to save points for accomplishment. I will positively note the chicken wings we ordered with sauce on the side were Excellent! I changed my original one star to two since the cook from the back«manned» up. I am not willing to give another star to three, as the owner has not called me nor will I hold my breath. I will let a few months lapse again & see if there has been improvement. The pizza is for sure above average. We only get the thin crust though, as far as the pizza. The sandwiches are good as well, and they always have good deals/coupons. Delivery has always been fast when we order, and the food always hot.

Pizza here is OK, not great. However if you order a STUFFED pizza, make you they understand what exactly you’re ordering. They lose a star for sending the wife home with calzones instead of stuffed pizza. I mean really? You’re running a pizza joint and someone orders a stuffed pizza for two because you have 8 different sizes of «medium» and you send them home with calzones?
