Keep trying this place. Location and food is great. Service is terrible ! Girlfriend and I frequently stop and will probably continue but service is not why we do. It’s about the regulars, friends and lovers, not the customer

My wife and I came here with a friend from out of town. We walked in and were not greeted for 10mins just standing in the entryway near what seemed to be a host stand. After waiting we sat our selves in the patio as the dining area was full. After another 10mins a waitress came out and informed us that they were not serving in the patio, although the heaters and lights were on. We asked if we could order food since the dining area was full and she said that we could although the service will«probably suck, we don’t have anyone to serve here». We will not be back for more sucky service in the future.

The bartender Jake was phenomenal! His exceptional service and inviting attitude made the trip well worth it. Great food and awesome atmosphere.

Average burgers. Service was decent. The pizza was a one star rating. Looks like a good sports bar, but very loud. When we stopped in we got the last table. This place is not a large capacity by any means. Beer selection is marginal at best. Not a family place for dinner. I’ll stick to Saints or Mickeys.

Didn’t feel like cooking last Wednesday so my boyfriend and I decided to give this place a try. Ordered the loaded tator tot app and it was delish! Loved how they had fresh squeezed grapefruit and vodka(in a 16 oz glass) for $ 6! Went back Saturday afternoon for nachos and beers. I’ll be back in October and I look forward to heading back here.

Given this place 3 tries. THREE. And each time was worse than the next. Mostly because of the service, but also because of the terrible«drinks» Each visit I was ignored by staff for 10 – 12 minutes.(I timed it after the first failed visit, in which I had to approach the bartender for help). In addition, the servers hardly cared about, well, anything. When they dropped off the food, they didn’t even say a word and did not check back until WE had to ask for the check. Oh and FYI, we racked up a big tab each time,($ 60+) so you’d think they’d be inspired to care about us for the big tip, but not even that seemed to dawn on them.

Have long been searching for a good western burbs bar. This place is a move in the right direction. It was a Wednesday but was happy to find this place was not overly bro. There are lots of televisions, comfortable seating, a good beer list and slightly upgraded food. The patio looked inviting as well. I do need to see this place on a weekend to get a better handle but definitely a good after work spot.

Interesting little place out in the west metro. My original plan was to go to the Keg Stand but due to a private event I had to find another place to watch the game that had a good beer selection and I found this on Google. This is really a little bar/grill. Definitely smaller than most venues of the same type. Bar had four large TVs and then there were six or seven TVs on the wall opposite of the bar so you are either staring up towards the bar or at the back wall. The place itself is just one room, no dividers or separate rooms. Behind the bar there are two garage doors that open up to the patio. That will be a cool feature when the weather warms up. Lots of Cubs stuff on the walls too. Food was decent. I got some sort of buffalo chicken sandwich topped with cheese and jalapenos on Texas toast. Like I said, it was good but not outstanding. I’m in the belief that buffalo chicken sandwiches should always be breaded and fried and this one was grilled which usually means the meat juices run everywhere when you eat it. The people next to me at the bar had ordered a pizza and it looked good. Maybe I will try one of those the next time I am in. For a place called a draught house I was kind of underwhelmed with the beer selection. They had around 18 taps, of course some of those are taken up by swill beer, so there were only about 12 or 13 that were dedicated to craft beer. Guess I was looking for a little more from a draught house. This is the kind of place where if you live nearby it would be a good watering hole to become a regular at. Outside of that though I can’t say this is the kind of place you would drive out of your way for. Maybe if they add some more taps this would move up in my book.

Went on a Friday night with a group of four and we must have gotten there at the right time because we got the last table available. The place gets really busy, but table turnover seemed pretty decent. The patio should make things a little better. Everyone at the table had burgers and they were all pretty good, slightly better than average. I went with the chips and everyone else got fries. Both were really good, but I’d give the nod to the fries. My main issue with this place is the beer. Even with a name like Draught House the majority of their taps are domestic and macro«craft» beers. I get that they’re catering to a sports bar crowd, but the name can be deceiving if you’re expecting something more. My first beer was the«draft of the month», which was also a deception. If you expect the draft of the month to be a special, like I did, you’d be very wrong. Not only was the beer 10% ABV, which I feel should have been advertised to avoid serious over drinking, but it was $ 10! I knew the beer was 10% so I only ordered one, but I could have easily spent $ 50+ on beer alone! In the end for my wife and I paid $ 60 for a few beers each and two burgers. I’d come back if others in the group wanted to, and I might try out the patio, but Draught House is definitely not on my short list.

I went with a group of five people at 7PM last night. It was packed. We hung out by the bar until we were able to get a seat, which was about 10 – 15 minutes. For as busy as it was, the service was still prompt, which was great. My only suggestion to our waitress would be to know the wifi password :-) There is an option to sign in as a guest without the password, which I didn’t see right away. As far as beers go, my husband and I stuck to the usual– Blue Moon. I did try the seasonal Confluence beer on tap also. Very good! We ordered the taco pizza, which was yummy! I like that they don’t spare the veggies and it’s on a flatbread crust. It comes with jalapeños so if hot food is not your jam, I would suggest getting it without. I enjoyed the pictures of the cute athletes on the wall in the bathroom. I will say though, in the big stall it was like crossing the Nile to get toilet paper. It looks like at one point the dispenser was on the closest wall but was moved. Not that I don’t enjoy a good post drinking/food stretch, I would just prefer it wasn’t with my attempt to get teepee :-) We have found a new game day watering hole in close proximity to our house with this establishment. We will be back.
