Great value for around five bucks it gets you a loaf of really fresh bread and a bunch of lunchmeat stuffed in with some onions, tomatoes, lettuce and some sort of dressing that reminds me of the dressing they use at Leno’s on Grand av. Nice guy inside making the sandwich offered to go across the street to Dockside Dogs and get me some giardiniera for my sub which I declined. Nice deck outside with tables, chairs and umbrellas or sit by the boat ramp. Very limited menu offering just a few items. Just like the dog joint across the street the views are what you come here for but the sandwich was very fresh and tasty even without the giardiniera. These two places draw you to the harbor.

Stopped here with 2 of my kids for a lake side lunch :-) I was surprised how good it was. Atmosphere: Old, small and cool. Lots of great old pictures of the area. Service: The gentleman behind the counter was congenial, efficient and a pleasure to talk with. I know I asked too many questions about the history of the place and the area but he obliged and seemed happy to talk with me. Food: Great sandwiches. They use Boars Head meats and make generous sandwiches at reasonable prices in a fantastic little setting by the harbor. Worth it.

Had the best sub of my life here! Stopped here for lunch with my boyfriend while fishing off the docks. The owner was so friendly and made us amazing subs for a great price. Not a fancy place but the subs were fresh and bread was great. Will definitely be stopping here again next time I am in the area.
