Got there at 9:20 and was told they didn’t have chicken tenders after I made my order because «we are closing soon you know and we cleaned the oil already». So I was left with what ever old food was still under the heat lamp. So I left. I’m not happy. This place always has poor service.

These people can barely speak English, and I wasn’t even sure if they understood me. They messed up my order big time, and didn’t give me what I asked for. Their options are limited unlike their sister restaurant in Zion who is awesome. They didn’t even give me a receipt, so now I need to check my bank account to make sure they didn’t over charge me, food is gross, and I am never going back to this one again. I will drive farther, just to go to Zion’s from now on.

Uhhh, I don’t think so. Last time (and will be the last time I ever step foot here) I was here was during the time they were renovating their interior and adding seats. Regardless of that, I think it was no excuse for the crappy service we received here during a VERY slow time of the day. Out of biscuits, and had to wait an extra half an hour for some crap that tasted like it was thrown in a microwave and fed to us, same goes for the fries, bland, soggy, cold. 3 out of all of the refreshments were out.
They didn’t really seem to care about being there from the looks of it. Forget it KFC, you suck.

Can’t believe I actually feel compelled to review a fast-​food chicken joint. But this is a super-​clean KFC with great service! Prefer Popeyes’ recipes but the experience at this KFC keeps my beau and I coming back … and driving past Popeyes.
