This store has been one of the most customer friendly stores in the system. I actually drive past my local store given the excellent customer service provided. Sounds crazy but they make a difference! Thank you and keep up the great work.

Waukegan, IL
Used this store to ship a product to manufacture for replacement. The manufacture stated received package damaged. This store staff did not offer to assist in making sure product wouldn’t be damaged during shipment and stated it was not their responsibility to repay claim and UPS did not offer to repay my claim for damages.
Store staff was not helpful in assisting with the file of the claim either. Sent me to multiple contact numbers until I finally was able to submit claim.

Our Company does business with 80 UPS Stores nationwide and this one is by far the worst. I spoke with one of the owners and he has no clue about shipping policy, let alone customer service.
I should have come to Unilocal first where there was already an accurate review which could have saved me the hassle of engaging this so called «business» in the first place.
