The Cashier didn’t say hello, let alone smile. When I enter a business I’d like to feel welcome. Such a shame. My order was correct and tasted as expected.

I have to agree with the other reviewers, this location ALWAYS screws up our orders. So much so that we now ONLY frequent the Pearl St. location where they do a much, much better job.

Messy sub! The Italian Cheese Steak was… an interesting concept, so of course I decided to try it. It took a little longer than a regular sub since they had to cook the «steak» part. The Italian Cheese Steak consists of steak, tomato sauce, mushrooms, onions, and cheese. It is really delicious, but very messy. The steak bits were a bit chewy, but I don’t really expect Filet Mignon on a sub. Next time I might ask for hot peppers on it… bet it will be delicious… and messy.

The food at this Cousins is very good in quality and freshness, although the majority of the time that I’ve been here something has been screwed up with the order. They frequently forget to include things such as soups and chips, or make the sandwich wrong. I really love the food here as far as freshness and quality are concerned, but I am giving it three stars since I never know what I am going to get here. I have placed the same order here several days in a row and gotten a different meal and a different price each time I’ve been here. This would be a five star place if they could be consistent.

I love cousins subs! But this one in particular is so awful that I was provoked enough to write a review! I have never done that before. Customer service is HORRIBLE! And they got my very simple order COMPETTELY WRONG and honestly I am very pissed because they were not even in a rush! DONOT GO THERE
