I bought my phones through this store so I just go to this store to get help with questions or issues, each time Ive been in I was greeted and rudely talked to, the young lady I was waiting on to help me talked un professional and was very snippy like she didn’t want to be there. I asked her simple questions like when is our businesses phones avaliable for upgrade she snapped back «um I need the name» I apologized gave her the name she then says «not until 2015 so is there anything else» I then asked how much a upgrade would be without the upgrade she says 700 $ I go ok I see you have reward points how do I obtain those she’s said «you’re not eligible at this time» wouldn’t explain any further why I wasn’t. Very unprofessional lady I think customer service is highly not recommended in her career path. And I will from now on be commuting to the Mukwonago us cellular.
